David and Harrison did a fabulous job on my three projects. Showed up on time and had everything completed in a few hours. They were very professional and knowledgeable answering all my questions. Also, Forrest was great with the appraisal and safety evaluation thoroughly explaining everything and assisting me in my decision making. Nate did an excellent job hooking up my EV charger. He was timely, professional, and good at explaining my opinions for service. He cleaned up the area he worked in and left it in the same condition as it was before his arrival. I was very pleased with the overall job completed.

I've used Travis Electrical Service several times over the years and have always been impressed with both the quality of their work and their reasonable pricing.

Most recently, I called them to correct an issue caused by a handyman who installed a ceiling fan in my office. While the fan itself worked, none of the surrounding wall outlets did. Forrest, the electrician who came out, quickly diagnosed the problem and explained—in clear, professional terms—what had gone wrong. He corrected the wiring issue and also pointed out that the fan had been installed with an improper mounting bracket. I figured *we might as well do the job right*, so we went ahead and replaced the bracket too.

While Forrest was working, I asked about adding an outlet behind my wall-mounted TV. He gave me a fair quote on the spot and installed it during the same visit. The final result looks fantastic—like the outlet had always been there.

Would I use Travis Electrical again? Absolutely.

The. photos for the door bell camera was for work preformed about three years ago. You can tell my the photos of the quality of workmanship there as well.

Forrest did an exceptional job of helping me figure out where a line went. He also identified some sub standard wiring and made a super quick fix to ensure it wouldn't cause any issues until I can fix it correctly.
Would recommend him and Travis Electric for my next job, which will be a box tracing because some things weren't marked right in the box.

I contacted Travis Electrical Service about installing an up-to-date fire alarm system in my home. Within a couple of days we had the electrician, Keith, come look at the situation. He suggested what needed to be done to bring the home up to code and quoted a price. We found it very reasonable and Keith got to work.

I am very pleased with the work and enjoyed working with Keith. He was very patience with me when I asked questions and observed his work. After completing the alarm installation he accessed the service panel and checked my GFCI circuits. This was very helpful.

Next time I need electrical work, I'm calling Travis Electrical again!

ADDENDUM, 7 Oct 2024:
As promised in my previous review, we had Travis Electrical back again!

To bring our kitchen up to codes, we need GFCI plugs in the kitchen. Keith returned and spent a good amount of time carefully troubleshooting the wiring in the kitchen. We are fully up to code now and are very satisfied once again with Travis Electrical Service and their man, Keith.

I've got more for them in the future!

ADDENDUM: Well, it's the future and I had Keith of Travis Electrical out to our place in Allensville, KY. He replaced our "burnout" 15 amp basement GFCI with a 20 amp that is correct for the circuit and the loads. Hopefully this resolves a somewhat persistent issue of this failing GFCI on that circuit. Upstairs, Keith replaced another GFCI with a standard outlet as ground fault protection was longer required (was outside until I added an addition that brought it inside).

Keith did a check on the rest of the home and advised on some upgrades to consider. As before, Keith was very helpful and patiently explained what he was doing and why.

A+ all the way around!

Travis and crew did a great job! Fast, efficient, and informative to any and all questions. They were very knowledgeable and gave options on how certain things could be fixed or handled with explanation.
10/10 would recommend them for any electrical work needed.

Travis came out to help trouble shoot an outlet/panel issue and went above and beyond. Sealed up some of my outdoor outlets with silicone and I had him put a surge protector on my panel box while out. He is very professional, personal and great at what he does. I would not hesitate having him back out for any electrical issues or repairs.

Travis Electrical Service has always been good to us. Today they came out to check on an outlet and it turned out to be an installation error and was easily rectified. They didn’t charge anything other than the $69 service fee and since the visit was short, he offered to do a safety check as well. He was friendly, explained everything he was doing, and was very professional. I would use them again and again.

Howie did an awesome job, was on time, did everything I asked and was fast. The only reason I gave four stars is I think it was a little overpriced, howie installed a GFI outlet which I was unaware was needed in the laundry room, he re hung a light fixture in the kitchen which is the reason for the service call, I am selling the house so he asked if I wanted an inspection of the rest of the house. Which I agreed to so I wouldn’t have to have it done when it came time to sell. Two birds one stone 😊. He was probably here an hour and a half and I paid $534 and change with tax. All in all I would use this company again in the future. Thank you for your amazing service. 👍👍

I just moved to Clarksville a year ago. Travis came out to access my home and any problems I had. They took care of bare wires, and installed a surge protector the first go around. A year later, they did a diagnostic test on my home, and found more issues, so after addressing those and installing an outlet in my floor, along with replacing circut breakers and new outlets, my home is up to code. These guys, Eddie Aguilar & Daniel Rebollar are quite the professionals. The wear shoe covers to not track anything in the home, clean any mess made, test their work, and inform me of service performed, existing issues. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! So far, the only reputable company I've dealt with from beginning to end. Customer service through the roof! Expense wise, I'm not looking for a deal, I want and need assurance, the job is done correctly and efficiently. I got that. If you want cheap, buy a fire extinguisher and wait for sparks. You don't get great workmanship at a cheap price, but I feel the costs were well worth it and will always be a repeat customer when, I need or want electrical issues resolved. Update- I've had travis electric come out 3 more times for more work and everyone has been great and have performed well with all my issues. I highly recommend this company!

It’s hard for me to rate how well someone did on an electrical job when I know nothing about it and the work was mainly in the crawl space. But they checked things out thoroughly before starting the job and were focused on getting it done. Chris and Trevor conducted themselves professionally and Trevor was very personable at the completion of the job. An interesting person and a nice guy, I can say about Trevor.

Great experience from start to finish! Team was awesome with communication. My technician Forrest was very knowledgeable and detail oriented with installing a new outlet in the garage and logistically talked me through all my options. The level of service was excellent and I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing electrical work!

Bryan and Trevor did a great job today at my residence. It involved replacing a GFCI outlet in our bathroom and an exterior electrical outlet on our patio deck. We couldn't be happier with their work. They were very professional and engaging throughout the install.

In addition, they performed a courtesy electrical inspection of the entire house that will be helpful to us when scheduling our next service request.
