Just moved into a new house and a/c was just not cold...ran all the time...and I was worried I was gonna taken to the cleaners with repairs. I got Owen's name from a friend and he was there within a few hours, not days. Found the problem in minutes, fixed the problem and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Didn't try and sell me stuff I didn't need. This is my HVAC guy from here on out.

They’re more than willing to work with you, they saved my dads lost account a few years back and just came to do our smoke detectors. I was previously quoted $309.. just for installation. So I called Eaton instead and they came and did it all for $65!

Recently used this company to address what we thought was a simple install of ceiling fans and light fixtures. They were so professional and when they accidentally discovered one of our outlets was working they checked it and discovered a problem under our house we didn’t know about. Really went above and beyond. Will definitely use them again

Quick response on a Sunday evening, didn't shy away from a required deeper inspection into the attic, which resulted in finding the problem I had. Not only fixed the connection issue,he turned shady wiring done in the past into a safe junction. Very fair price!

I had let a friend of a friend attempt to replace a light switch of mine and he jacked it all up. I called up Eaton and he came to my house at 630pm to repair the damage that he had done and rewired my light switch and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. I have been having trouble for the last 24 hours with my AC unit. The home warranty company wouldn’t send anyone out to my house on a Sunday. So my wife found Eaton on google and gave them a call. We ending up saying they didn’t need to come we would deal with the heat but she showed up anyway just to take a look. Took him 30 seconds to fix and 5 mins to confirm that that was the issue. I was referred to Eaton through my boss to help with an AC issue I had. My fan motor was out and I'd have no AC for the summer; I was quoted a price of $550 by another company, for the repair. Mr. Eaton came out about 30min after I called him, ON A SUNDAY!!! He had the work completed under an hour and the finished price wasn't even HALF of what another company quoted! Very friendly gentleman and didn't mind passing information on about other discrepancies the competition mentioned. This review is not meant to discredit the competitor ( the reason I didn't mention them) but to say, I wish I had found Eaton sooner. Look no further for your electrical repairs, this company is fair and honest!

If you are having trouble with your HVAC unit call Eaton, you will be glad you did. Last year I had trouble with my basement unit. I called Eaton when I saw his truck on the road and spoke to him. I spoke so fast with my broken English that he could not understand what I said but he did not hung up or gave up on me. We got to understand each other and he made it to my house at the time and date we agreed on. He assessed the situation, troubleshoot the unit and diagnosed exactly what I suspected was the problem. He gave me an honest and fair estimate on the job to be done , I gave him the “go” and in a day or two he showed up parts on hand ready to get to work. Owen went above and beyond my expectations. To say the less I have had no problems with it since. Eaton Companies LLC is my forever HVAC company to go to.

I am pregnant and sitting in their house with a make shift AC out of a cooler and 3 fans on high blast, i simply couldn’t take it anymore. It’s been 85 degrees in our house all day. We were trying to go through our home warranty company and the company they were sending out were not returning our call. This amazing man came out in 10 minutes, fixed our ac in 5 minutes, and was on his way. He is very nice, and very professional. Thank you so so much sir! You have our business from here on out.

I called Mr. Eaton on a saturday morning and he showed up in less than 20 minutes. I explained to him that my condenser unit was tripping the circuit breaker and didn't knew what was wrong. I had been burned before by big companies before, so i had done some trouble shooting in my part to rule out the compressor. Turns out Eaton did his trouble shooting and found nothing wrong with the compressor. He determined the my unit capacitor, and hard start kit were bad and explained with detail how they tend to go bad every few years. He replace the parts, check my freon levels found them to be in good condition. He suggested that my unit didn't need replacement and even though its of age, I should run it until there's nothing left of it. In the mean time start saving for a new unit in the future. But I should have plenty of service left out of my current unit.

I was extremely happy with the diagnosis, the service, his honesty and price. Now my unit is running a tip top condition and I couldn't be happier. I know who I'm calling from now on every summer and fall.

I just had Eaton HVAC do some work on the ducts for my AC unit and Owen is AMAZING! He is very honest and thorough and wasn't trying to sell me more than what I needed.
