Mr. PW helped me with my electrical issues. What a good dude! He was fast and friendly. Need more people in the world like him! I'd recommend Mr. Sparky for all of your electrical needs.

Bryan was thorough in tracking down problem for me. I was following up on recommendations he and partner Patrick had made at last visit. The original problem persisted but no reason could be determined. He patiently retraced all repairs made previously and heard a thumping noise which turned out to be a sump pump in my basement which serviced the living area down there. Technicians put the sump pump on its own dedicated circuit as well as performed most of the other recommendations they had previously made.

These two are patient, knowledgeable and able to explain all repairs in terms I understood. I was given several options for paying this unexpected larger repair bill which relieved some of the anxiety I had.

In the meantime we have duplicated all the conditions which was making all the GFCI switches trip and the DID NOT trip this time so I think problem is finally solved!

Had several outlets stop working due to lightening striking our home. Our tech got them all fixed. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Just wish I remembered his name!

2 thumbs down. I called for a quote for running a circuit for a pool I’m having installed and have it bonded. They was trying to charge me $670 for a trencher rental for one day when no rental company charges anything close to that. $1100 for installing a circuit breaker. Material was grossly marked up. You should be ashamed of yourself. $3200 for running one circuit and bonding a pool. I know most people don’t know any better but I am an electrician and this is robbery. I was willing to pay someone to do it because I work so many hrs. I wish I could give you negative stars.

Emmet was great and fast! I actually found another issue that needed addressing on the way to the reason I called and he fixed that too. The light fixture installation was actually less than what would have been charged where we bought it from. He had to come back for the bathroom fan but again, in and out in no time!!!

Very satisfied over all. Before he came in, I had shoes cover for him to use as it’s raining outside and we always take our shoes off at the front door anyway. He already had a pair to put on! Most time I have to offer it whenever I have service and its annoying when I hear a sigh meaning it’s inconvenient for them. I have toddlers who likes to play on the carpet and I like the feeling that’s its clean for them.Told him I really appreciated it. Anyway, it gave me a good feeling about him doing a good job to my electrical issue. I explained to him what was going with our oven that kept going out. He checked out our circuit breaker and diagnosed the problem right away. He didn’t have the part as we have an older home and he left to go get the part and was back within less than 30 minutes and fixed the problem within less than 20 minutes. Hopefully we never have anymore issues with electrical but if ever, I would request for Mr William Hunt. Thank you for the great job! Highly recommend him!

Very pleased with the service provided by Mister Sparky (specifically Emmet and Larry) for our annual maintenance of our Generac standby generator. Received personal confirmation of their early arrival ahead of time which was thoughtful. Performed maintenance perfectly.... Emmet and Larry definitely knew what they were doing (we have had generators in FL and now here in TN so we're familiar). We appreciate them and Mister Sparky! Highly recommend.

I am selling my home and needed an electrician to install some gfci outlets, gfci breaker, verify smoke detector installation, and correct an outlet issue found by the home inspector. The electrician from Mr. Sparky came out to investigate why my outlet wasn’t working. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had it repaired in about 10 minutes. He explained the issue in terms I could understand. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. I’ll definitely call Mr. Sparky again should another electrical problem arise!

Larry was our technician. We've had some trouble with our microwave tripping the breaker. He was courteous and professional. The diagnostic overall didn't take long, and he was very informative during the entire process. We appreciated the experience he brought to troubleshoot our problem. Asked for them to work on and certify some outlets for future construction of our house. Bryan was very professional, looking at and testing all outlets. He also checked the electrical panel as well educated us on what to expect with the equipment that would use these outlets.

Tony was very attentive and answered all of my questions. He explained everything clearly and was patient as well as courteous.

I've had great service experiences from Mister Sparky. The gentlemen they've sent to do my electrical work (primarily outlet installations and wiring work lately) are always professional and a pleasure to have do the work. So far, Emmet has been the one primarily coming to do the estimates and work and it's always a pleasure to have him in my home and he does a fantastic job in every facet!

The pricing is fair and as someone that has over a decade of professional contracting experience I am impressed by their business acumen. I highly recommend them!

Will Hunt and his partner has been out several time to do repairs for me and I was pleased with his/their work. This time he installed an antique chandelier in my bedroom and moved the fan lamp from there to the living room. He took down the damaged fan lamp on the living room and disposed of it for me. He also installed a lamp over my kitchen sink today. They cleaned up everything. They are the epitome of professionals! I would recommend them (and Mr. Sparky) highly to anyone needing electrical work.
