We have used Melton Heating and Air for several years now and I wouldn't consider using any other company. They are professional and quick to respond. They have always provided us with same day service. They are honest and I feel completely comfortable with them in our home. Mike Knowles(Lead Tech) has been to our home on several occasions and I highly recommend him! Don't look anywhere else. They are the best!

Shout out to Melton’s! We had a new system placed last summer and sadly heading towards getting the other unit replaced soon. Each person has been exceptional when we need them! Shout out to Quincy for coming Monday. He was great!

Jonas has been so great about finding the many problems my system had and fixing them. These many issues was with my cooling. This very cold Christmas I was among 75 plus folks who lost heating. Jonas made a temporary fix so my family had heat! I hope Jonas will be installing this new piece. Jamie has worked with me on my crazy schedule. Melton has come to my home at least 7 times this year. Melton is very professional, good value and they helped me though they didn't have to. I will never go anywhere else.

Great people. Mike came out to give my 87 year old daddy a quote and Roger and Richard came and replaced his AC and furnace. All 3 of them were so kind, respectful and prompt. Very appreciated.

I am VERY pleased with the professional service provided by Brian when our heat pump failed to cool during the summer. After a thorough examination, he diagnosed and fixed the problem. No high pressure sales pitch, just an honest price for a great Amana system. The installers Richard and Roger were ultimate professionals - they arrived to the job early and did a very thorough job that exceeded my expectations. I had zero doubts about their expertise and commitment to doing a good job.

This company has gone above and beyond to get a new HVAC unit installed for our sister. Called them one morning when hers had gone out, they sent someone out same day and quote was well under a competitive company in Knoxville. They installed new unit next day.

They truly seem to care about what product is best for their customers and not just making money.

This company is great. They installed a new HVAC at my house to replace my 18 year old system. A rep came to my house and even though the quote was very close to the same quote I'd gotten from another company, the rep was so polite, professional, and easy to work with that I went ahead and agreed to have them install the next week. The guys came right on time and all I had to do was give them a check. Everything has been great and price was very fair. We love our new A/C. The kicker is, my sister-in-law had their furnace stop working last week, and another company quoted them $9k to replace their furnace! I told my sister to call Melton. Melton came and fixed their problem that day for just $200. Great company, great service.

Melton Heating and Air saved me and my 9month old on a snowy day! Woke up to no heat on a day when they were predicting 3-6in and for temps to stay below freezing for 48hrs. I called Melton heating and air and they had a very kind tech, Quincy, out to my house within the hour. They had the part that we needed and he had our heat back on just in time for the snow to start falling! I cannot rave enough about the prompt and great service that I received from them! I will definitely be using them for all hvac needs in the future!

A little over a month ago I had Mike out to evaluate an older heat pump system for my daughter’s home. After talking with him about the options he offered I chose to replace the whole heat pump system with a new Amana unit. It’s true, no pressure sales from Mike. I had 2 other estimates and Melton’s had the best value and price. My daughter stated her experience with the installation techs was great. The system has been working great! With a 2 year labor warranty and 2 free maintenance services during that 2 year period we are confident the system will perform for years to come.

A coworker recommended Meltons since she was happy with their services over the years. I called them up and they were friendly and professional. The tech arrived at my house in a timely manner and had great communication. He was very thorough in his inspection and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was very honest about the problem instead of trying to rip me off. He explained the problem and the test results and fixed my air. I really appreciate him! Definitely will be calling back when I need HVAC help!

These guys are the best!! I had an emergency with my unit my daughter and I have breathing issues , they sent a tech out and fixed me right up so we wouldn’t be without a working unit!! Anytime I have questions about filters, maintenance they don’t care at all to answer them or get me scheduled asap!! I love my Melton Guys ( Quincy, Jonas, Brandon and Kaine) !!! And Jamie and Cora in the office are always professional, kind, and so helpful!! This company is just like family!
