Brandon arrived at 12:30. He was personable, professional and informative. He got my AC up and running within an hour and a half and explained every step he was taking and why it was necessary. Wonderful job with a more than fair price. Choates and Brandon Hall are simply the BEST!!!

The tech quoted a new HVAC system and did not even offer or attempt to fix the issue. Another reputable company fixed the issue charging less than half of the $385 charge Choate's demanded. The customer service representative that returned my call was very rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend this company. In my experience they do not care for customers, only cashing your check regardless of service.

The agent Christopher Allen was prompt and knowledgeable. Although the pricing was astronomical the agent made me feel comfortable and provided options. The service provided was handled in a timely manner.

Ashley Brown came to our house last week to perform maintenance on our tankless hot water heater. She was friendly and professional. She seemed to be very thorough and explained what she was doing. The heater is a costly fixture and we feel that Ashley took the time to handle the maintenance of it seriously. Thanks Ashley!

Choate's did some work for me in the past so when the AC wasn't cooling I knew who to call. They got a technician over the same day and earlier than the time they quoted. Jaden was very professional and polite. He quickly diagnosed the issue and completed the repair quickly. Great service!

Where do I began with Kevin Camferdam he was a true gem. He was professional and respectful. He takes pride in his work and knowledgeable of the proper equipment for the proper space. I felt like he wanted what was best for me and my home and not just trying to make a sell. I highly recommend everyone have a Kevin on their team. Ashley was super helpful, extremely nice. Understood our issues and understood our urgency to get the issue resolved. Would highly recommend her for any plumbing issues. As always she ( and all the technicians) treated my house with respect, cleaned up, and answered any questions.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Brandon Hall from Choate's and we couldn't be more impressed with the level of service we received. From the moment he arrived, the technician was professional, and courteous. Our fan broke on our unit and I was frustrated being summer is not over. Brandon was able to find our fan in stock, picked it up and was back in 30 minutes. He added screws that the previous tech left off! We expressed some concerns and he took his time to look over the previous work to give us a piece of mind that everything was properly fixed. I'm glad that great workers exist!

Our air conditioner stopped cooling and they were able to come out the next day. Cama’ron was very knowledgeable and quick to find the problem. He was able to get us cooling again within an hour, we are sure thankful for that. Highly recommend.

Technician informed me that his job was to get the drain moving again, not to clean it out. Also that the drain would clog again and that I would have to pay additional charges to clean it out. He also informed me that it wasn’t his job to clean up the sludge that’s left on the wall and ground below the clean out access. Yesterday when I called the quote was inconsistent with what I saw advertised, so I decided to use my home warranty, later I received a call from another young woman who assured me that my drain would be cleaned faster and that the cost would be $99 , she also stressed that there would be no additional costs. I have used Choates in the past at my businesses and my home, but it this is the level of service that I can expect, I’ll take my patronage elsewhere.

Justin was awesome. Arrived on time. Very pleasant demeanor. Explained everything he did in easy to understand language. Cleaned up when he finished. Would recommend him and Chaotes for any ac or plumbing issues

I specifically remember instructing the installers to leave the old coil and that includes all parts associated with it. I don't particularly appreciate the installers picking and choosing what to leave. I'm assuming there is a credit in process for the pieces taken.

Bradyn Smith did a routine maintenance check on my heating system. He was polite, informative and gave me info. on improving my HVAC system. He is a good salesperson as well as technician; Informative but not pressing to have work done. He gave me several things to consider moving forward.

Tucker was outstanding. In fact, Tucker found a gas leak (not why he was there to fix) which could have been very dangerous. Quickly fixed that and since he did the we bought 3 new water heaters! Great professional and person!

Do not recommend at all! My mother has been dealing with them for the past few years trying to get them to fix everything they have done. Originally had a new unit and vents installed. Shortly after install, noticed there was low airflow coming from the vents and condensation leaking from wall vents. Then when having the floors redone our contractor pointed out THE DUCTS WERE JUST LAYING ON THE GROUND AND SOME WERE HALF CONNECTED HANGING OFF! Not to mention it seemed they knocked some blocks off and never put them back. Called them out to "repair it" was told it would fix everything. WELL IT DID NOT. There was more airflow downstairs, but upstairs there was still condensation and little airflow. After back and forth for almost a year with their "warranty" we gave up and called a new company to come out and take a look. First thing they told us was they recommended us the wrong sized unit the house. It was designed for a house half this size. How, over the calls for 3 years, was this overlooked? Now after shelling out $10k more on top of of everything Choate's was paid, there is a new unit that is the correct size, proper airflow from all vents without condensation, and damage from the condensation on the walls and floors we need to repair.

Choates is easy to work with whether it’s annual system inspections or maintenance work. Leungeluo Robbins did a great job at my home this week. He’s very friendly, respectful and gets the updates/maintenance work done quickly and efficiently.

After getting another opinion, our furnaces do not need replacing. They are in great shape.

The one furnace just needed a new board. The other furnace just needed the fan speed to be adjusted.

Total repair all in... $385.

It was totally inappropriate and unethical to suggest new equipment to the tune of $31,000

Please cancel our Family Plan effectively immediately.

We are beyond dissatisfied. We paid multiple $99 service call fees for the upstairs furnace and were initially told it was the hot surface ignitor. It wasn't. Then were quoted $1600 for a new board. 4 times as much as it actually cost.

We were also told the main floor furnace needed to be replaced. It was a simple fan adjustment.

We expect some sort of reimbursement for tbe erroneous service charges, for wasting our time, and trying to sell is $31k of unnecessary equipment.

We will no longer be using Choates. And you can believe none of our neighbors will either.

This is the type of predatory behavior that gives free market Capitalism a bad name.

Alfredo and his team were punctual, precise in communication, respectful of my family, pets and home, professional in every respect and given the scope of the work completed, left no mess. For an all-day install project there was no inconvenience and they more than improved the quality of air in our upstairs.
