Reviews of local pros in Collierville, Tennessee

Installation of our generator was great. Thomas Chism and all the others that assisted in the process did an excellent job. We appreciated knowing how the process was going and the explanation about the system and its weekly auto check that Thomas provided. I wanted to mention every one that helped by name but misplaced my list of those who were here. Thank you all.

From the initial sales visit and quote to the installation and follow up questions it’s been very easy to work with Choates. Jorge was very easy to communicate with and explained everything in a way that we understood. He stayed late to make sure the job was done even though it was dinner time. Great work ethic and customer service that matches the great products they sell. Very happy with the experience.

The entire professionalism from Brandon Hubbard and his crew was more than immaculate. The attention to detail with the replacement parts and repairs were perfect and made sure I was aware of things that can potentially become hazardous over time. Very reliable, courteous, and stoic. I’m grateful y’all sent him my way in the time of need.

I had a Honeywell Generac stand alone generator installed by Thomas Chism recently. He and the other workers did a phenomenal job!! I was VERY SATISFIED with the work and the product install. They were very professional and informative. It was a great experience. There was a part that they didn’t have on install day, that Thomas came back and installed on today. My family and I are very satisfied with the service provided and the professionalism of the crew.

After a detailed A/C check-up, the technician impressed with their attention to detail. They explained everything clearly, and our unit now runs smoothly. Highly recommend for year-round maintenance!

Their expertise kept my system humming smoothly.

Impressed by the team's efficiency, they installed my thermostat perfectly in just under an hour!

From start to finish, the team exceeded expectations with their expertise and professionalism. Our new heating system works flawlessly and was installed swiftly.

My home felt like a sauna until these experts worked their magic on my HVAC system. They arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue, explaining everything clearly. Within an hour, the cool air was flowing again, and their professionalism was evident throughout. Pricing was fair, and I appreciated their attention to detail. It's comforting to know there's a reliable team I can count on when things heat up.
