Our experience with Turner Exteriors was fantastic! They put in new doors for us. We had contact other people and they repeatedly didn't show up or could not work with our schedule. The guys from Turner Exteriors showed up when they said they would, did what they told us they would do, and for the price they had quoted us. They were very friendly and professional and did an excellent job. I feel you can not go wrong with Turner Exteriors. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Bottom Line: Great job, quality materials, professional installation, good communications, competitive price, I highly recommended them.

After attempting to have our gutters reinstalled by LeafGuard of Tennessee (under contract with a down payment to take our gutters down then reinstall them after new siding), and after several months trying to get them to put them back up it was clear that unless I bought new gutters from them (close to $10K for 135 ft of gutters) they were not going to put our old gutters back up; defaulting on the contract.

I contacted another installer who gave me a proposal but never returned my messages or calls except for two times (over the course of several weeks) to say they would be out the following week--they never showed; no notice, no communication.

Finally went to Angie's List and found Turner Exteriors who within two weeks from contacting them we had new gutters installed--wow it's great to work with a reputable company--excellent communication, professional installation using quality materials and on time. Turner Exteriors did a great job for us!

Added a covered porch. Turner Exteriors showed up on time and stayed until the work was completed. Very reasonably priced, great job on the work. My husband and I were both very happy with the work completed. This is our 2nd project and we will continue to use Turner Exteriors for any exterior work!

Very nice people. We seem to have a lot of problems with companies not communicating with us, however, Turner Exteriors kept us updated through the whole project. They were able to start earlier than we had expected, they called to let us know if their schedule changed and they were very professional while working. Our gutters look amazing and we will be calling them again for our next project!

Turner Exteriors just finished a job for me and I'm absolutely ecstatic with the job they've done. They replaced the roof, replaced part of the soffit, and repaired the fence around my pool following a botched job by another contractor. All the work by the Turner team is top notch and the price was very fair. Will definitely use them for more projects in the future.

I had Turner Exteriors replace the floor of my old wooden deck with Fiberon composite boards. They did a beautiful job. They were professional and on time with everything. I would recommend them for any work you might need.

I have been so impressed with Turner Exteriors from start to finish. They were very quick to help us with our roof repair from a recent wind storm. Several places needed to be tarped and patched until the roof could be assessed by our insurance company. Turns out we needed a whole new roof. They sent a crew out the following week and the whole roof was stripped and replaced within a day and a half. I was really impressed with the care the crew took when safeguarding our landscaping and garage doors to prevent damage. They were exceptional with the clean-up process too! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Turner Exteriors is our go to for all exterior work on our home! They put on a new roof and gutters approximately 4 years ago and this year (2023) they built us a GORGEOUS screened in porch! They use top quality building supplies, extremely professional and the quality of their workmanship is by far the best we have seen in the 17 years we have lived here! Definitely recommend!!

Having some wind and rain damage to my home, I called Turner Exteriors for repairs. A couple of years ago they installed attic turbines on our roof and did an excellent job so we had first hand knowledge of the caliber of work and character of this company. While other companies may have snubbed their nose at our current project because it did not include a total roof replacement that they were hoping, Turner did not! From the initial assessment to the final repair, the staff at Turners kept me informed at each stage. After the tremendous heat spell recently, they intended to complete my project to my satisfaction . The repairman came and completed the project. As they were loading their equipment, I had concerns that wind may once again get under the fascia capping as we get strong winds from the southwest. Upon hearing my concerns, they began to adhesive caulk in the vulnerable areas of concerns. They also focused on an area not covered by the project. In a world of false assurances, non-returned calls and deceptive practices from some jack legged “home repair businesses in the Knoxville/Maryville area” of late, one can rely on the staff at Turner to do what they say and say what they do. Turner did our roof and gutters in Hardin valley in summer 2023. So fast and competitive pricing. Our salesman Will was very helpful in answering questions and came out immediately to do an estimate. I like that they sent an inspector out after the work was done to make sure everything looked good and was cleaned up well.

Elijah Turner and Jabrielle Pruitt have done a great job of getting us estimates and then following through with great service for our roof replacement. They did so well, we've also decided to have them replace our gutters!

I have never given a 1 star review for any good or service, but I have to make an exception here. In February of 2020 we signed a contract with Turner Exteriors to build a cupola and replace the roof, gutters, soffits, and siding. They said they would start work at the beginning of April. We did not see them again until the end of May. We let that go because it was during Covid, and we knew they might be having supply issues. The first project they did was the cupola, and they built it twice the size as the dimensions specified in the contract. We had to get them to take it down and do it correctly. They then took several months to complete the rest of the work. It took so long that the loan we signed was about to expire. This was good for them, because it meant we either had to pay them before the job was finished or reapply for another loan. They eventually finished in August. They did not provide a vapor barrier we requested. They damaged part of our front porch and they did not cut a hole for us to put our doorbell back on our back door. We also realized that they did not finish putting the gutters on one side. This resulted in our front porch flooding. We asked them to fix the gutters and order additional material for us, which we paid for up front. We began calling them to come and fix the gutter and provide our material in November of 2020. We called several times- 12 times in the month of December alone. We finally had to threaten to leave a negative review in January of 2021 to get them to send someone to fix the problem. We found out that our materials had sat in their yard for so long that it was sold to someone else, so they had to reorder it. We did not leave a bad review once we received our material, because we did like the look of our new siding, and we never want to cause trouble for a family owned business if we can help it. However, a few months later the new roof began to leak. We have called them several times. To their credit, they have come out here 5 times to fix it. However, the same leak persists. Everytime they come out, they have emptied a tube of caulking onto the roof. The fifth time they noticed a dent next to the vent. They hammered it in and added more caulk. This was after we had to call them three times because they forgot to put us on the roofing schedule. The roof is still leaking. Rather than have them come out a sixth time for the same leak, we asked to call someone else and just send them the bill, to which they refused. So here we are in 2023 still making payments for a new, leaking roof.

We are very pleased with Turner Exteriors! They went above and beyond to make our screened in porch exactly what we dreamed of. Jabrial was great to keep in touch and make sure everything was done to our satisfaction

Jabrielle and Amilcar came out to the house to fix our leaky window. They were very respectful and got the job down. Done right I might add!! This is why we will always call Turner Exterior first. They replace our gutters w/ guards, our siding, and all windows w/ sliding glass doors. They are an amazing company!!!

Lots of hurdles to get over but in the end all was very pleasing , Everyone worked hard but Jabriel you need to be commended for your great work in management of even the slightest detail but most of all you were so honest and caring man. Turner Exteriors is top-notch--in their craftsmanship, in their care for what they do, in their attitude, and in their communication. I've been extremely happy working with this company--so much so that I've used their services at 2 homes and a business address. They have built 2 porches for us, done roofing, siding and gutters, and they've added a portico on the front of our office. I recommend Turner Exteriors 100%.

I am so impressed with Turner exteriors. When the roofers came out, they were very professional. They made sure they did not leave a mess behind. They took special care to make sure the job site was clean after they finished. No nails left behind!! The roof looks great and they were done very quickly. Good communication as well. They were sure to answer all my questions and concerns. The gutter installation was also amazing! There were on the job at 8 am and we’re done in just a few hours. Les is very professional and I would for sure call him for any exterior needs.
