Constraction reviews in Corryton, Tennessee

These guys are top notch! Gene, Kevin, and Mike were all great to work with and did exceptional work on a mudroom and built-ins around a fireplace. The professionalism and level of detail these guys went to is unmatched in the Knoxville area. 10/10 would recommend.

Gene is an amazing contractor. He was always there when he said he would be. We had no worries. He has done work in almost every room of our home. And his work is amazing. We were so pleased with all of his work so much that we kept asking him to do more for us. If Gene says he can get something done, he will certainly do that.

Gene is one of the best contractors I've ever worked with. His decades of experience along with suggestive alternatives was greatly invaluable in meeting budget constraints while delivering superior results. Clear and concise communication on project status was given on a daily basis which effectively develop a great homeowner / contractor relationship. He remodeled two bathrooms, installed ceiling fans, and new floating flooring over my existing hardwood floor (as i wanted to protect existing floor from future tenant damage as this is a rental property.) I'm a current 25 year Active Duty Service Member and can genuinely say that Gene is hands down an astute trustworthy professional and gentleman. I highly recommend Knoxville Home Renovations and will definitely be using their services in the future!

Knoxville Home Renovations does outstanding work. Their team repaired a job that was left unfinished and not done properly by another contractor. They were quick, professional and I highly recommend this company!

Gene and his team go above and beyond with their work! Making sure to take care of your project with great diligence. Definitely takes pride in providing detailed service.

Gene and his team were amazing! I had a ton of work for them and not a lot of time! They gutted my entire kitchen, basically the bathroom and just helped with random things I’d let fall to the way side. I met gene and informed him of my situation and he was honest that it might be hard but that he’d try his best and he delivered. Everything was done in less than two work weeks minus things that were not in his control. Since then I’ve asked for help with a couple of other random projects and he’s always prompt to respond and get me in the schedule. I’m so proud of the work they did and appreciate their help so much! Now I feel like I have someone to rely on with various house concerns. Definitely would recommend!!!!!

Top notch all the way. From reviewing the drawings and double checking the measurements that the cabinet designers drew up. They handled any issues that the cabinet company created so easily. The final touch of putting the handles and knobs on along with all of the kick plates made our kitchen design perfect! I will definitely tell everyone to use them.

Really really REALLY happy with the work Genes team has done. They are dedicated to getting things done right and care about what they do. They have been helpful with suggesting small things that make a difference in the outcome.

Gene was professional and friendly from the start. Insured professionals completed my remodeling projects with care and detail and in a timely manner. I was especially impressed with my quote that was detailed and personal to my projects. I was in the loop of information the whole time and felt very comfortable with the teams needed to get my projects completed.

This is the most professional home renovation service in Knoxville hands down. I'm so happy with my kitchen remodel and the customer service I received.

We hired Knoxville Home Renovations, LLC to install our kitchen cabinets we purchased from Old City Kitchens. Aaron and Jake did a phenomenal job! They were professional, friendly and took pride in the installation process! We couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this company!

Sincerely,
Mike and Karen

If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would! Gene and his crew are the best in terms of everything; quality of workmanship, responsiveness to my needs as a homeowner (and rental property owner), flexibility, price (budget), knowledge of all aspects of home renovations, etc...
We have used Knoxville Home Renovations for a complete "gut" of a flip house, projects around our personal home, and extensive renovations on our rental homes and have been 100% satisfied. I couldn't recommend a company more.

Gene and his team did a great job with our kitchen renovation. I’ve been planning and thinking about what I wanted for years. Gene had some great suggestions that really helped finish the design. His team showed up on time every day, communicated well throughout the process, and did great work. I’m so happy with the results.

Gene and his guys are great. Communication with gene outstanding his guys are excellent you will not be disappointed!

We have at last come to an end of a long journey. After being abandoned by two contractors and a cabinet company, Gene DeMarco and Knoxville Home Renovations came to our rescue and finally finished up our kitchen remodel. He and his crew were professional, personable, efficient, and did what we needed. Many thanks to Kevin, Jake, and of course Gene.

*Kitchen backsplash with herringbone design* Love these guys! They were very professional and cleaned up when they were done . Tile work was excellent and they even returned to fix one tile that was off kilter. They made sure their customer was super happy. Love my kitchen backsplash! Would definitely recommend

What a great experience with Gene and his team from Knoxville Home Renovations. We had our kitchen remodeled and Gene was with us every step of the way. Thorough and excellent craftsmanship displayed at each step of the project. A one-step solution as Knoxville Home Renovations handled plumbing, electrical, and painting in addition to the actual remodel. I highly recommend Knoxville Home Renovations for your kitchen remodel; you will not be disappointed.

If I could give Gene 6 stars I would. During his estimate of some possible work that we had been recommended by multiple structural engineers, he was the only one to take the time and really look into the ceiling and confirm that, hey, that beam they're telling us we need is already there. Saved us thousands all because he took his time to get it right when the others all had it completely wrong. Walked us through best next steps. Will be calling him first for any future work we need.

We had a great experience with Gene and his team. From the moment they arrived, they worked hard, quickly and cleaned up after themselves. We are amazed at how fast they completed a new kitchen, flooring, and other updates. Communication was excellent as well. Highly recommend Knoxville Home Renovations for your next project!
Pictures to come soon!
