Could not be more pleased . Porter Brothers did a thorough and efficient maintenance for us. They had completed an emergency call for us in January and were quick to respond and get us repaired. We signed up for the maintenance plan, They came on time and gave us information we needed to decide on future needs. Highly recommend!!

I absolutely love Porter Brothers! I have used them for both a water heater issue and my AC unit. Adam and his wife are absolutely amazing and so nice! Him and his crew have done an amazing job at fixing everything and is great with communication, I would not recommend anyone else but Porter Brothers!!

Jeremy was able to complete the task in a very timely manner. He was knowledgable and even able to advise what we could do in the future, if something happened again. He was able to fix our stand alone tubs faucet which the kids broke.

We had known of Porter Brothers through our daughter and son-in-law, who are VERY satisfied customers. We now have joined those ranks. Highly professional, value-oriented and trustworthy. Couldn’t be more pleased!

Adam is awesome! My air went out in this heat and I came home from work yesterday and my house was 88 degrees. He was right down the road and was here in 15 minutes, replaced a part and I had cool air again. These guys don’t up charge or suggest stuff you don’t need and they explain everything!

Discovered leak and called Porter Brothers. They were able to send someone same day! Very impressed with the work and efficiency. Found the leak and replaced damaged water hose on refrigerator immediately . So very grateful!!!

The work was done in a timely manner and they even offered advice and recommendations for other services that needed to be done. Hearing how professional he was to my father in law made me want others to know that with the new ownership of Porter Brothers the quality service continues. I look forward to using them when needed at my own home.

Cleaned up after himself, no mess; was very quick since job was small. He was very pleasant. I am well pleased.

We are so thankful for Porter Brothers!! Adam and Blake were here an hour and a half after our call. Our toilet stopped working and they were here all of 10 mins and it was working perfectly. With patients needing to use the bathrooms often we are so grateful for their quick response time and fixing the problem. Thank you so very much.

Update:
The unit continued to leak, Porter Brothers team quickly ordered a replacement and installed it quickly and professionally. The old unit was 21 years old, so had lasted longer than expected.

Great service! Quickly identified the issue, added more coolant to get our unit cooling properly and even resolved a buzzing sound from a different unit, previously installed.

I completely forgot to ask for the person’s name who helped us with our clogged sink and dishwasher. He was personable and was really good about educating on what was happening and how to prevent future clogs. Thankful Porter Brothers was recommended to us!

What a great company! Great response time, excellent work! Fixed a couple of facets and commode. This is the second time we have used them.
