Fixed a VERY complicated water leak. 25 year old Kohler water tower that no one knows how to work on anymore. They went back to the shop, did some research, came back and fixed the problem. I appreciated the due diligence of not just tearing into something he was unfamiliar with.

Scheduling appt for installation was effortless. Installers came when promised. Installation was performed courteously, professionally and friendly. Would highly recommend them to others.

Porter Brothers Heating & Air Conditioning has been my go-to for HVAC and plumbing. They’ve done duct work for our bonus room, installed a new HVAC unit downstairs at our home, and recently installed a toilet- all with fast, professional service. I highly recommend Porter Brothers!

Porter Brothers is THE best service I have used in years. I have used them twice now and each project they are on time, perform quality work, and are extremely clean and considerate of the property they are on. They also explain how the equipment will respond in summer and winter so we can help maintain and protect it in the future.

Just had my coil replaced. Even though it was an older harder to find model, they got it for me. I will say it was expensive to have this done but no more expensive than anyone else I talked with. The plus side to these guys is they came the next day after I called. I called at 4:45 p.m. right before close, to be fair. They came out when they could came in and installed it within 2 hours. I dont remember the name of the tech they sent out but he was awesome. We have indoor cats. We told them to please be aware of them and not let them out. They had no problem doing so. I cannot recommend these guys enough. They also gave me a one year warranty on everything. They tested all their work before leaving. My house wouldn't get colder than 77 degrees. When they left within an hour my house is sitting on 66 degrees. Thank you so much to porter brothers.

Have a rental property that pipes froze. Tyler came out and not only got everything thawed for us. Took note of things we thought had been done to prevent frozen pipes that hadn't been done so we are working to get those things done. Tyler was absolutely wonderful!!!! Bless his heart he had a very cold job today!

From making the appointment with Dale Gilbert and his diagnosis to telling Logan and Nelson thank you and good bye, my experience with them all was the best! A job well done quietly, neatly, and in a business like manner. I received prompt and professional service from everyone involved. Wonderful customer service. I requested an appointment with Griffin Mechanical and they were able to get me an appointment the next day. James was my technician. He was very kind, knowledgable and professional. My appointment was scheduled between 12pm and 2pm. He was able to come an hour before the appointment start time and was finished within 30 min. He showed me what was wrong with my mini split and fixed it. Quite reasonable pricing. I am very happy with my service. Would highly recommend and use again. Thank you so much.

Such a great company! We called several places for estimates, most of which refused to service our unit due our location, or their prices were completely unreasonable... I called Griffin Mechanical and was transferred to Will. Will was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He tried to answer most of my questions over the phone but once we hit a roadblock, he came to our house the same day for a more accurate estimate.. After giving us a great price, he ordered our new unit and installed within a couple of days! I would recommend Griffin Mechanical to anyone looking for a great company!!
