Ray did an amazing job replacing a split unit in a house I was renovating. He takes the quality of his work very seriously, and is upfront and trustworthy with his pricing. Since the unit has been installed, it's been running great. I had a few questions afterwards, and he's been more than happy to answer them - usually getting back to me within the hour.
