Technician was Brinkley. He showed up on time and was pleasant and respectful. He immediately got to work on diagnosing our issues with the AC. It didn’t take him long to find out what the problem was and was able to fix it right then. My upstairs started cooling down before he even left. Fair price. 5 stars.

James is one of the nicest, most knowledgeable technicians I’ve ever had. We have been using Griffin for years now and never had anything but a great experience.

EXCELLENT COMPANY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND HERE IS WHY:

Two years ago our heat went out in the middle of the coldest winter weekend of the year. Four local HVAC contractors either didn’t return our calls or failed to come after promising they were on their way.
Griffin Mechanical returned my desperate call with 30 minutes and their on call technician was here within an hour. We were quite impressed. Parts had to be ordered so we spent a chilly weekend keeping warm with a fireplace and electric blankets. Monday morning Griffin sent someone to Nashville to get the parts and had the heat back on by noon.
Last month our AC went out and a Griffin technician was here before the day was over. This time, however, our 27 year old heat pump needed extremely expensive repairs and we decided to replace it.
Monday morning their sales rep was here, made his recommends and Thursday the new unit was installed
within a few hours.
THIS IS EXCELLENT SERVICE!
The installers worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up every bit of the old unit.
The new unit is much quieter and moves more air thus cooling the entire house faster.
We strongly recommend Griffin Mechanical for HVAC issues and I imagine their plumbing service is just as reliable. They are a pleasure to deal with.

Had Tyler come out for the Plumbing inspection today and was very pleased with his extensive knowledge, friendly demeanor, and quality services. He stayed well after the appointment to answer all my questions, and provided the most thorough explanations that I could ask for. This is a very professional business with employees who care and dont push things on you, but give you all the tools to be aware of everything and help you make informed decisions. A+ experience!

I have always been happy with Griffin Mechanical’s service and have a maintenance plan with them for my HVAC system. Yesterday, two days before the big storm is supposed to hit, my heater went out. I called first thing in the morning and Christie sent technician Kyle out to see what the problem was. Unfortunately, he discovered the blower motor had given out. The people at Griffin Mechanical went above and beyond, trying to find the part so my heater could be up and running ASAP. They were able to find the part and this morning, Kyle and his helper were back, they completed the repair, and my heat is now working again! I highly recommend Griffin Mechanical for your HVAC work.

Tyler is hard working, friendly and extremely capable of handling all of your heating, cooling and plumbing needs. We have the maintenance plan for our heating and cooling systems which helps with routine maintenance. He helps to keep an eye on our air conditioner and heating systems to identify and eliminate problems before they occur. We have also used Griffin Mechanical to repair a plumbing backup. Tyler gave us a reasonable estimate and took care of the problem quickly. Thankful to have service providers that we can trust to do the job right.
