Griffin Mechanical showed up and showed out!! They communicated efficiently the entire time. Ordered my mini split fast, scheduled me really quickly, and the price was very fair. The technicians were so polite and ON TIME! I have such trouble just getting people to show up on time! They worked quickly but well because my mini split works great and the outside work looks nice and clean! Super happy I chose them and cannot thank them enough!

Can't say enough good things about this company. When we moved into our current home, there was no HVAC unit or ducts. Griffin did a great job on the installation and have kept it maintained and running well for the last 6 years. Two of the guys we work with the most for our annual maintenance, Brinkley George and James Breeden, are amazing. Couldn't ask for better service or professionalism in a technician. Highly recommend!

Last week on Wed Nov 6 I called Griffin Mechanical to set up an appointment to have work done on a couple of outside spigots and a problematic line in the hallway bathroom. I was expecting an appointment to be scheduled for a day or two later, but they were able to send out a plumber immediately. Jessie was personable and efficient. He reviewed my concerns and surveyed the issues at hand and repairs were made expeditiously. My initial impression was that due diligence was done to ensure a terrific installation of the replacement items; they appeared to be of high quality. A week later I still feel the same. Kudos to Jesse for a job well done!

Today our air conditioner and distribution unit were serviced by 2 excellent,experienced men, Brinkley George & Kyle McCutchen. Kept us informed about everything they inspected and things that we need to follow up on. Also Brinkley suggested we install a surge protector to prevent lightning strikes etc. from damaging our unit. We had it installed. We both win. Please hire these men from Griffin Mechanical to do your air conditioning work. You will be totally pleased and satisfied.

For about the last couple weeks we had to deal with air running continuously when it was warm enough and when it was cold enough for heat it felt the ac was on. Called Griffin and Brinkley came out to access the problem and discovered that compressor among other things were worn out and thought we should consider replacing. So the next day Jonathon came by, gave us a couple of quotes, which by the way was very reasonable and we accepted one of those quotes. Today, I believe it was Lucas and Nelson who came out for the install and they did a fantastic job! All these guys were very polite courteous and professional!! I highly recommend Griffin Mechanical!!

Tech was on time ahead of schedule very kind, respectful of my home, quick to fix the problem. He also cleaned his mess when he was done. We will use them again and recommend to all our friends and family thank you Jesse with Griffin Mechanical ☆☆☆☆☆

Excellent service. Tech fixed the problem with tub drain effectively and rapidly. I have mobility issues and he even brought in some of my grocery delivery for me. He’s coming back Monday to replace the malfunctioning toilet. Tyler is great and so kind.

I am very pleased with my experience replacing my old tankless water heater. Sean is the man - he explained everything that was going on and laid out a clear path to get my hot water back up and running with a new unit at an extremely fair rate. Not only that, his turn around during every step of the process was super quick. I plan to maintain my relationship with Griffin Mechanical in terms of servicing my new unit but also taking advantage of their HAVC maintenance services.

The tech notions were polite, prompt and willing to answer questions. They explained what they did step by step. The gentleman who came and gave me the estimate was the very same way. This company is so well respected my insurance agent didn’t even ask for anything but pictures of where the lighting went through our system. Griffin completed the paperwork and has replaced my system in a timely manner. That is pretty amazing considering how busy they have to be after thes violent storms that went through here last week. I plan to be a Griffin Mechanical customer as long as I am a homeowner.

Even though my appointment with Griffin Mechanical was for Tuesday, Tyler and Shawn came Monday afternoon. We had no sewer service in the master bath, but other parts of the house were fine. Tyler and Shawn listened as I explained what was happening. They did some minor troubleshooting before deciding where the problem most likely was. They provided an estimate and went to work. They were correct in their diagnosis and had the problem fixed in no time. Very professional and courteous. Great company to work with.

Our experiences with Griffin Mechanical are always wonderful. Today’s technician took the time to check everything and explained what he was doing and finding along the way. The service prices are reasonable.

I can’t say enough about Griffin Mechanical. I had multiple contractors- Hiller, etc come look at the job. I was quotes 10k + with no real diagnosis. Griffin came and instead of throwing out a huge quote, they identified the problem with was 2k. Two days later our unit went out on our guest house and they came out the next day and found it was under warranty and had me fixed within a few days (wasn’t a rush as we didn’t need it immediately). The technicians are amazing- professional, friendly. Both James and Sean were great to deal with. Thank you to the entire team at Griffin Mechanical.

As part of our annual maintenance HV and plumbing contract with Griffin, Sean was thorough in identifying any issues and able to remedy them promptly. Confident that if larger problems arise that he can get it done.

I’ve done business with this company twice for two separate issues and I have to say that I couldn’t be any more pleased regarding my experience. For both occurrences, I had the pleasure of working with their wonderful tech named Shawn. This gentleman was so kind and did a wonderful job at thoroughly explaining what to expect. He went above and beyond to be accommodating and I can’t be anymore thankful. Our dogs even had the pleasure of meeting him and getting some extra attention today. To my surprise, he even gave our babies treats for being such good boys. You can just tell that this man is so kindhearted and hard working. He deserves all of the recognition that he could get. Thank you so much Griffin Mechanical and Shawn for your kindness and amazing work.

Griffin Mechanical hit the ball out of the park! I knew I had a leak somewhere because my water bill was high and the meter was registering water running even though I had no obvious toilets running, drips, leaks or other issues. I was skeptical that Griffin could find it, but Tyler assured me he wouldn't leave until he figured it out, and figure it out he did!

In addition to fixing the problem and explaining what had happened, Tyler pointed out that my water shutoff under the house was a ball valve and that over time they could get stuck. (Not the first time I have heard that.) In talking with him about it, I realized that the best plan was to not only replace the valve but move the shutoff so that I didn't have to crawl 200 feet under the house if I ever needed to shut off the water in an emergency. This was not a theoretical issue. I recently had a problem somewhere else where I had to shut the water off and every second delay leads to way more damage from water in the house. Tyler gave me a very reasonable price and did excellent work. Tyler joked he takes as much pride in making sure work done under the house where most people can't see it is as squared away as visible work.

And my final vote of confidence in Tyler is demonstrated by his working with me on options for a water conditioning system. I've wanted one for awhile but other plumbers have quoted horrendously expensive prices. Tyler worked with me on a very affordable option and I'll be calling him back in a few weeks to install it.
