I wouldn't call anyone else. They responded immediately to my call when my AC went out. He explained the problem clearly and offered a number of ways to help me out while waiting on delivery of a part.

Had issues with heat not coming on. Tech came and had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. Thank you

Quick flows techs came in and word quickly. We see patients and the techs were very polite and respectful of their environment they were working in. No one likes to hear bad news, but they delivered the information with care and compassion. They answered all my questions and put it into terms and examples that were easy for someone not in that field to understand. We will be using this company in the future for our HVAC needs.

Mr. Ray called me back on 9/9/2024 after receiving the text I sent after his business hours. By noon on 9/10/24 he had my system fixed! Truly a wonderful gentleman to work with, without hassle! We all need someone we can trust, call Mr. Ray for any hvac needs and they'll be solved!

Ray and his team are amazing…Very professional and friendly! We had them come out to clean / sanitize our vents and clean out our dryer vent. While they were there we explained some other issues we have been having over the years. They did a thorough inspection and gave us answers to many questions we have never been able to get answered. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing an HVAC company.

Two kind young men came and explained how they do it. I watched the whole process. I think they did a good job. My house is about 2000 square feet. It takes several hours to complete the job with set up and take down. It takes several pieces of expensive equipment to complete the cleaning. I’m glad I had it done. The young man needed to come out one more time to repair a duct. They did it and did a good job and I’m really happy.

Had a mishap with one of our units here at the shop. Made a quick call to our friends at Quick Flow (we have an annual service plan. Best thing ever) and they were out and had us back up and running in just a few hours!
