David and his team did great work. We had them install a new HVAC unit for us in the past few weeks.

David was very upfront and honest when he came to view our old system and provided us with new system and pricing information that day. He worked with us to set up an installation time that worked for everyone, explained everything, and answered all the questions we asked.

One of the guys accidentally slipped while completing the installation in the attic and put a small hole in the sheet rock in the ceiling in my son's room. They immediately let us know it happened and David had someone out to repair it immediately. It is very clear that customer service is important to him.

I would highly recommend David Brown Heating & Cooling and I'll reach out to them again for any maintenance needs.

David came out and checked out our system and quickly assessed the trouble, got an estimate to my landlord the same day. The unit was ordered and as soon as it arrives, David will be coming to install... in a couple of days. He was very pleasant, arrived early, was thorough but quick, and very responsive to any questions I had. He reached back out to me before I called him. The job is being completed quickly and thoroughly and I’m so excited that we are getting a new AC unit!

Used David Brown while I was out of town for system maintenance. They safely entered my home using my instructions and were very clean and respectful. It was nice to see the technician wipe his feet prior to entering my home. Doors were locked again once they were completed. Very easy to coordinate and responsive via phone call and text. Fairly priced. Would recommend them.
