I highly recommend Clark Heating and Cooling, Inc. They responded right away, were on time, and serviced my HVAC unit as requested. The price was reasonable. My unit is older and I’ll be replacing it soon. I was given a quote (no hard sell), and I will definitely use Clark when I replace my unit.

Top notch! The crew came out at the time they said, swapped out old unit in attic and condenser outside. They had one man outside doing the condenser and two guys in the attic. Through entire job the crew keep everything clean and was very helpful answering questions. I would highly recommend this company.

They called 30 minutes before they arrived and arrived within that time frame. The man that fixed our unit was very friendly, respectful, and professional. I appreciate how fast he worked. You could see that he was very mindful of his time and the time it would take to finish the repair which I appreciated! I also appreciated him taking the time to explain to me what was wrong with the unit and what he did to repair the problem. My air conditioner quit cooling during a very hot week in July. I called Clark Heating and Cooling and was very satisfied with their service. They were prompt and very professional. The price was reasonable. I feel they are trustworthy and will definitely call them in the future.

I had a new unit installed and air ducks cleaned the team was very professional and knowledgeable. They tested everything out with me and explained how the thermostat works.

Came to my house on a day that the roads were treacherous with ice and i had no heat. He didn't just go to where he thought the problem was, but he took the time to check out my system. It was a simple fix, but he didn't overcharge. I will call them again if I ever have any issues. Great service!

2 Days before Thanksgiving we woke up to our unit running on Auxiliary Heat. With the Holiday weekend weather forecast being very cold we needed help fast, so I began looking at local to us and after finding Clark Heating and Cooling web site and reading just some of their positive reviews I submitted a message and called them with immediate response. They fit us in that same day and Bryan arrived and immediately began diagnosing the problem... Which wasn't an EASY FIX unfortunately but he quickly began looking for the replacement parts, got us a quote for the entire repair, but because of the Holiday weekend schedules we were looking at best the following Monday, which we understood and accepted. The very next morning I received a call from their office staff telling me that the part was being picked up that day and that Tony would be able to help us that afternoon (🙏). Even with the cold and dreary weather moving in Tony and his helper replaced the part and we were back with our house Heat properly! I can't express our Appreciation enough for the Professional and Friendly Service we received on all accounts with this company and I WILL continue using them with all future HVAC needs. We have used a different larger company for years and our HVAC wasn’t working properly. They came out to give us a quote to fix it and not only did they basically say it was not fixable, they gave us an astronomical quote to do work that wouldn’t have even solved the problem. A neighbor recommended Clark’s and they came out the next day, solved the problem and guaranteed the work for a fair price! They saved us thousands and completely solved the problem within an hour. I am so happy to have found them and would definitely recommend.

I have always been satisfied with the Clark Heating and Cooling co. For repairs and service on our heat and air unit. But today we were blessed with an amazing young service man from The Clark Co. His name is Garrett. He would not stop until he found a troublesome problem with our system. Such a thourgh examination of our unit and totally explained how our system worked. We have been using Clark H & C for years. They always are always courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I can trust them to come to our rescue quickly and solve our problem. They always call ahead and show up on time. Everyone is a pleasure to work with. I really appreciate the spring and fall service specials with their reminders. Overall a great company!!! Absolutely no negatives!!

Isaac was absolutely amazing. We have had so many issues with our unit that was installed by another company and called Clark to fix it this last time. He was so kind and thorough. He wanted to make sure we were taken care of. So much of a difference compared to the company we were using before.

Buyer beware! Full system installed in a brand new home in 2024. They failed to install furnace vents prior to drywall and had to run them along my garage walls and out of the front of our home, blamed us. Main supply broke away from the furnace 3 months after install February 2025. Noticed the house could no longer stay warm. They came out twice before Spring and told us there wasn't any issues. Then once in the summer and the same story. Finally in November I cut an access above the furnace in the drywall to see the main duct was disconnected and we had been heating and cooling our roof for almost a year. Sent pics to Kenny, who by this time made it obvious he was over dealing with us, he sent a team out to reconnect the duct. No apologies or compensation. Finally contacted them two weeks ago with the invoices for propane and electricity for 2025 showing the changes in usage and the cost we incurred and asked for a little compensation. This cost us over $1000, I asked for a couple hundred bucks in good faith, was very clear I could take a no if that's how they want to address this, they just ghosted me after sending them all the information to look through. I really hope this place gets rid of their old school leadership, Dickson and Humphreys Counties deserve better.
