Called clark heating and air on a 100 degree day cause my ac quit working they had a teck here within a couple of hours so when tony showed up he told me what was wrong in about ten minutes and told me what it would cost but thanks to Tony just simply checkin into it further we still had a parts warranty on our unit something we didn't know so th part were covered and all I had to pay was labor thanks to them bein so honest I saved a lot of money I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Johnny and his team were awesome. They didnt try to over sell me, answered all my questions to make sure I got the best equipment for my location, and provided exceptional quality and fast service. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely love them. Got a new unit put in March of 2019 and yes I have had a couple issues with it, but I just call and tim always came out and fixed it right away. Wouldnt call anybody else even if i had to.

Tim diagnosed my ancient package unit and was able to repair it in less than an hour. I’ll be dealing with Clark from now on. Repair price was much less than expected.

I am a Club Member with another local heat/air company (have to be to maintain my AC warranty with them). I called them to repair an inner coil for one of my ACs where the warranty is only parts- no labor. They quoted me $1800 to replace the coil which included a free coil so $1800 just for labor and coolant. I called Clark Heating and Cooling for a 2nd opinion. They sent out Tony who after a thorough inspection quoted me the same service but much less cost. Tony did a great job- he was honest, kept to his word, replaced the coil and in the end the repair was $855. Just when I think HVAC companies are turning greedy and no longer looking out for their customers- I find Clark Heating and AC. I will call them for all repairs from here on out and you bet if I have to buy a new unit I will be calling Clark.

We've got absolutey NOTHING but wonderful things to say about Clark Heating & Cooling. My husband had gotten home from work before me and realized our unit was out. This was at 5pm. We were so worried about not having a/c that night with a 16mo. old baby. We made a call to Tony who was doing the after-hours work that evening and he was at our house within 15 minutes! Tony was so kind, knowledgeable and professional. He got our unit up and running in no time.
Our family is going to be using and referring Clark for years to come. Thank you again Tony!

I hired Clark Heating & Cooling, Inc. to check out my heat pump and duct work in a house I had just purchased in Fairview recently (July 2023). At the time, I thought I had things taken care of on the ducts being down on the ground, but unfortunately today after hiring a plumber who had to go under the house, I find out that part of the duct work is detached and laying on the ground and that I have still been cooling the crawlspace!!! This was one of the main things that was wrong when I hired them in July. One of the other ones was detached. This was NOT the same one, so I am just really angry to find that the "inspection" of ALL the duct work never happened or they would have known another one was not as it should be. I wasted my hard earned money as a senior citizen on service that didn't get properly performed and has cost me money cooling an area that I shouldn't be paying to cool, and where the cooling is all lost anyway!!. They also were very sloppy putting clear silicone around the top of the vent's edges to supposedly seal them shut, but when I looked at them the next day, they didn't even do that right either, and I have never seen such a messy application of that stuff in my life!!. Clumps hanging and vents still not sealed with it, so I was already dissatisfied with that before this happened today. Now I suspect I probably didn't even need the part they replaced in my heat pump. Needless to say, I will not be recommending this business to anyone in the future. UPDATE: got phone call today....offered to send someone out again........no thanks..... once was bad enough!

NOW I GET THIS RIDICULOUS REPLY BELOW ABOUT THE "AGE OF THE DUCTWORK"!!! THIS IS NOT OLD DUCTWORK.........BUT THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COVER UP THEIR FAILURE AND PUT THE BLAME ON SOMETHING THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW THE AGE OF...... WOW!

Just had a new gas furnace, electric A/C, and ductwork installed by Clark Heating and Cooling. I was very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the wonderful employees who work for this firm. The employees treated me, my home, and my pets kindly and respectfully. If you are looking for an outstanding HVAC firm and are not sure who to use, call Clark Heating and Cooling for all your heating and cooling needs -- you will NOT be disappointed!

Had a system failure in middle of this heat. Clark came out one day, next day I had a brand new system, at the best price, with incredible service from the 3 gentleman that installed it. Thank You!

Came out for a free estimate and got back with me the next day with a very detailed quote. The crew came the next week and was done installing a new system with ducts and all in our old house(trickier) in 2 days. We couldn't be happier with the way each step was handled.

Woke up to no AC on July 5th 😱 we called around to local HVAC companies and no one could come out until tonight or even Wednesday of next week. We called Clark heating and cooling. Less than two hours later, Bryan was here saving us from the heat. He replaced our fuse while educating us. 10/10, they have a customer for life!!

The BEST local and by far HVAC in middle Tennessee! I called them for low blowing AC. They came out the following mid-morning, did a full inspection and cleaning, advised for duct cleaning (just purchased home), changed the blower and another part and in 3 hours, it was cooler and running more effectively! The cleaning was amazing. My unit is a 2005 and has been serviced before and maintained, they didn't try to over price or upsell just advise to come back to check heat in fall and keep it maintained well. Much more professional and less expensive than a few chain companies. Highly recommend!!

WOW!! This crew has been the best I’ve ever had to deal with! So polite, nice,friendly! Explained everything, went out of there way on a couple things as well, and cleaned up every piece that was there. In this heat 105dg today they never complained or stopped putting in an entire new unit ! It’s started to cool my house down in no time! Thank you Clark’s!!!!

Our blower motor went out on our unit. They were quick, friendly, listened well and professional! The part was sent on a truck and installed the same day! Thank you all for being amazing!

Clark Heating and Cooling were suggested to us after having many others that either didn't communicate well or at all. Clark was spot on with communication and answered all questions within the same day, and showed up when they said they would. That alone is something we haven't been used to. They replaced our unit and other issues we had when they said they would. We haven't been able to say that in several years. Currently everything is good and the communication has been top notch. I Highly recommend them to install or troubleshoot your existing system.

My heating unit was not working. We woke-up in the North Pole. I called around all my local HVVAC companies and none were able to send a technician within the same day. I was scheduled for the following week sometime. Not to mentioned the awfully rude receptionists! I had one last call to make and it was Clark Heating. I was expecting the same treatment, but from the moment their receptionist answered my call, I felt a different environment she was curtious and polite. And found me a technician within the hour!!! I had not even explained the urgency of my problem. Isaac came to the rescue when my home heating stopped working got my problem fixed until the new ordered part comes in. And offer to come back if we ran into an emergency. Now only was Issac experienced but very polite, friendly and respectful of property. Hands down recommend this company. Call them! My only regret is not having called them first.

My unit was backing up gas and carbon monoxide. Tho gas company shut my gas off . They said we were lucky to be alive the levels was so high. I called Clark they were there within a few minutes. Tim came out and checked it out my unit was shot. He explained everything to me he was very knowledgeable. Clark was there this morning and I had a new unit within 24 hrs. I want to Thank Tim,David, Steveo, ,and Matt.. They were very efficient and so nice. Also I want to Thank Johnny Clark for having such good people working for him and such a good business. THANK YOU!!

Isaac came out to service our AC, which had been struggling to keep up with the heat. He cleaned the coils (which were filthy) and cut a new access grill to put a filter. He was very thorough and didn’t even mind when our 2 year old was out watching over his shoulder. He saw the issue out to completion and made sure we were good to go! Pricing was very reasonable and he discussed several options with us to make sure we stayed within our budget. Would definitely recommend Clark to anyone looking.

Tony was very knowledgeable and thorough. He respectfully took off his work boots before entering onto my carpet, explained everything he was doing and what he would find, and how he was going to fix it! They were able to make it out quickly, in a few hours, when other companies were days out for repair. I have used them , at least once before, for season maintenance. I have found my new go to for all things heat and air!

They did a great job replacing an old clogged dryer vent and also redirected it from under the house per customer's request. Quick estimate and service.
