Amazing consistent service. Second time having them service my used washing machine and will continue to in the future, if or when necessary. Quick & inexpensive, all done by a knowledgeable technician, who didnt even leave a mess for me to clean up!!! Highly recommend to everyone

We did our research and called only the top rated repairmen. The Appliance Dr and one other were the only ones to return our calls. The other repair company said they couldn’t make it out for at least a week.
With Covid, we understand there are difficulties but when your refrigerator goes down, who can wait a minimum of a week?

The Appliance Dr called back and he was backed up just like the other company but when he found out that it was our refrigerator he said he could come by same day if we were ok with it being a little late. We agreed and he showed up as promised. We required a part that would have to be ordered. He was able to get the fridge running long enough for the part to come in. Came by as promised for the install, for a reasonable fee.

This guy is a one man show and has no problem busting his tail to ensure all of his customers are taken care of. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

I recently posted a poor review and at that time I greatly regretted having to do so because I really like Joe, but felt as though he didn’t do what I hired him to do, which was replace a faulty thermostat in my 1948 ColdSpot refrigerator. UPDATE!
I am happy to report that Joe read my review and called to apologize and say how he would come back to my house at my convenience at no charge to fix what he acknowledged was an oversight on his part. I was very impressed that he called. I was even more impressed that he eagerly scheduled to come back to my house and as Joe said, “stand behind appliance doctors 100% satisfaction guarantee”.
And today Joe did exactly what he said he would do. He spent a good amount of his own time correcting and completing the installation of the thermostat.
I could not be happier. But, I am not simply happy that my refrigerator is working again, I am even more happy that there are still companies and people that step up and live what they say they will. Excellent , honest repairman. He was knowledgeable and fair with the prices. Even looked at my dishwasher when I mentioned it was leaking. Found the small problem and fixed it where the other repairman had something on wrong. Fixed it in a few minutes. He could have charged me for that as well but he didn’t. These days every that’s rare. Don’t hesitate to use this company support local small businesses.

Bobby diagnosed the problems and ordered some parts. The parts arrived earlier than expected and Bobby came back with parts and fixed my dryer. We had a smoke smell coming from our dryer and wanted to call and expert out. Both repair professionals were very lovely and made sure to check everything out and get our dryed back together.
