I really needed help with my refrigerator that just started pouring water.Joe came out and immediately identified the problem. He got us back up and running very quickly! The service was awesome. I highly recommend this company.

These guys are a local small business and a top tier company for appliance repair all the way from customer service representatives to the technicians who perform the work. I called last minute, late in the day, and was greeted with the utmost affordable and hospitable accommodation just a few minutes later. We were fortunate enough to have Bobby as our repair man. He was very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and an all around great guy. Bobby made us feel like he has been our friend for a decade with how easily he communicated and walked us throughout the whole process. Whatever he is being retained for, I would recommend more. These guys are a small local business, but I fully believe they will be the best in the area very shortly. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in a way I could understand, and had it up and running in no time. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s so nice to have someone who takes pride in their work and truly cares about helping their customers. Joe has serviced two units for me in last 3 weeks. He shows up when promised and contacts you when he is on his way. He guided me to replace a unit which was going to be costly to fix. He recently replaced the drain pump on my LG front loader. Joe knows his stuff, is an honest technician and has great customer service. I highly recommend Joe to everyone and definitely do not use the others around town as they are inflated because they don’t know what they are doing and have horrible customer service. You will get better care and better service with Joe and he works fast! Everyone needs an appliance technician you can trust and Joe is your person.
