Ron was responsive, on time, and thorough. My carpet looks brand new. He explained everything in great detail, including why my carpet needed some extra services. (It was very dirty and matted with lots of children in my house!) Additionally, we have allergy issues to chemical products. This cleaning left behind no chemical or perfume smell. The scent was just “clean”. Also, there is no soapy or tacky residue left behind. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the job. Totally recommend this company and will use again.

Excellent service! Ron was able to clean stains from our carpet that a different steam carpet cleaner could not. Seriously, we were convinced we’d have to replace the carpet but Ron saved it! He removed every stain! It was amazing!

There are carpet cleaning companies out there and then there is GreenPro Cleaning. I was searching for a company that was green and environmentally friendly with their cleaning process. I didn't want any harsh chemicals in my home or in my carpet. This is one reason this company stands out for me. Another big reason was customer service. Ron did an outstanding job on our carpet but also was very thorough in making sure I understood the process and answered all my questions. Scheduling was very easy and Ron called a couple days before my service to go over my requests and find out additional details about the job. He was very professional and personable like taking care of a friend or family member. I am very satisfied with the results of the cleaning and the manner of professional service given when good customer service is becoming more and more hard to find. I will be using GreenPro Cleaning again for my carpet cleaning and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Ron puts customer service above all else. He called the day before the job and gave me all the details of what he was going to do. Said he would be there at 12:15 the next day and he was there on the dot.
Once the estimate was done, I kept saying I wanted the “best” package he could offer, but Ron advised against it saying the carpet didn’t need it and he didn’t want to charge me more than what he needed to charge. And he’s the owner of the business. Hard to find honest people like that anymore.

GreenPro provided the single best service experience i have ever had. Professional, thorough, safe, effective, friendly, and a more than fair price for all of their hard work! I would recommend Ron to anyone. We had all of our carpets cleaned as well as two large couches. My house has a lovely natural botanical scent, and I love that my dog and my family are not inhaling dangerous chemical fumes during and after the cleaning. We've been homeowners for 26 years and have never used the same carpet cleaner twice. We purchased new carpet 4 years ago and decided to the annual cleaning like clockwork to maintain our investment. We used GreenPro Cleaning for the first annual cleaning and have used them every year since. Ron always does an excellent job cleaning our carpets and they still look new! His prices are fair and worth the cost. Don't try to save a few dollars using someone else.
