I wish I had done this years ago. The Maid Rite crew has my house sparkling and fresh when they leave and it's so nice to come home to. They are extremely hard working and professional. If you've been thinking about hiring someone to clean your house, I would highly recommend this company.

Ben and his team have provided great service for our office cleaning. They are reliable and responsive. Ben added an extra cleaning for us on short notice for an office event. We have been satisfied customers and would recommend them.

I had my first cleaning with Maid Right of Williamson County last week. The ladies arrived on time, and went straight to work. They were organized and worked quickly. My house looks great, and I have scheduled a routine clean with Maid Right. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

Update to previous review: I am pleased to say that following my previous review the staff at Maid Right reached out to me and were concerned with my experience. We were able to schedule a re-clean for my apartment with a different team. I was very pleased with the team and their cleaning. Their attention to detail was amazing. Maid Right also sent a quality assurance representative with the cleaning team to make sure everything was clearly communicated and that we were pleased with the final clean. She was really nice, very helpful and her attention to detail was great as well. I’m very pleased with the way this ended and look forward to working with Maid Right in the future.

I suppose the moral of my Maid Right story is that everyone has different cleaning styles. Check the areas that are important to you before the cleaning team leaves. If you are displeased with the cleaning style of the team you are working with, don’t be shy. Speak up and I’m sure they’d be more than happy to fix it.

Previous Review: I am not one for leaving bad reviews. I like to leave positive reviews to help companies; but in this case, I did not have a good experience and since cleaning services aren’t cheap, people should beware.
I had a great experience with Maid Right themselves but unfortunately, since they are a broker for cleaning companies, the work of those cleaners is going to be reflected in their reviews. The team at Maid Right is very friendly and decently quick to respond. However, there seems to be some miscommunication when it comes to the cleaners they hire.

The cleaners came to my house early - which was a welcomed surprise. The cleaners were very friendly and I liked them as people. We talked about healthy cleaning options and, seeing that I had a baby, they even asked before using certain products.

Before they started cleaning they asked what they should do (which was a little off putting) and I said I ordered a deep clean and would like them to deep clean everything but to definitely focus on the shower/bathroom. Our apartment is not dirty; I wanted the deep clean for the tile grout in the shower, base boards and blinds. When I spoke to the guy at Maid Right he said they would “hand wipe the base boards” and “if there is a surface they will clean it”. Unfortunately, that’s not the case with the cleaners that came to our place. After they left I had to completely clean the shower myself. The tile was literally untouched and if it’s possible, worse than before because there was some sort of weird wax on the faucet and drain that I had to scrub off. Some of the baseboards got vacuumed but not even all, much less wiped down. And I saw the blinds get swiped with a huge duster, but that wasn’t quite the cleaning I was hoping for. Rain and opened windows had made some rain spots and I was hoping those would be taken care of.

The list of missed things goes on (spots on the pantry door, the kitchen floor, etc.) but suffice it to say, we were underwhelmed with our “deep clean”. The cleaners were here for 1 hour and 15 minutes, maybe and we paid $125. That’s a little high, in my opinion.

I realize that my recourse is limited since they asked if everything looked good before they left and with my 1 year old in tow, I looked over the stove and living room and gave the go ahead, assuming everything else was fine. That was a big mistake.

Learn from my mistake, if you book with Maid Right, communicate clearly with the cleaners that arrive but most importantly, check their work before they leave and don’t be afraid to speak up if you are displeased.

Great experience! The house cleaning was great and very quick. My wife was very happy with the bathrooms and all of the flooring throughout the house. I highly recommend!

The Maid Right staff members were highly professional and polite and were super responsive to any of my requests for cleaning specific areas. They were also quiet as they worked which was important to me as I was working from my home office that day. Pricing was reasonable, and the office team was clear on expectations and followed-up after the service. Highly recommend.

I have been using this company since 2019 and I am beyond satisfied with the work that they do. My house is spotless. Every time my crew comes they work fast so it is not an inconvenience. I am very satisfied with this company, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for cleaners.

My regular cleaner was out for two months with Covid and I was getting desperate. The two women MIAD RIGHT sent were communicative, efficient, and delightful. They did an excellent job and were sensitive to the needs of me and my home. I would love to have them back again and am delighted, as a real estate agent, to find such an awesome service provider as Maid Right!

Our team was excellent! They reached out to see if they could come early and arrived when they said they would. The crew of 3 deep cleaned by 1,900 sqft house in an hour and it sparkled. They were friendly and were sure to ask questions as they arose.

Not satisfied with the cleaning. I had scheduled a move in cleaning and the cleaners didn’t clean the vanity area. I could still see the dust in both the bathrooms. Cobwebs in the powder room and many other places were still there. Vent wasn’t cleaned . I have a tenant moving tomorrow and had to do those things myself. Not happy with the service.

Mira did an excellent job with the house as a whole. She was so friendly and kind too! Her attention to detail was very notable. My parents were impressed with the results, and they will definitely be coming back for this company’s services!

My experience was good, it was also a learning experience. They were accommodating and honest. They went above and beyond to try to help my situation. I had just bought a home that was left in a pretty dirty condition. Managing expectations is a challenge, and they took the job (and a risk) by going in without seeing the house.

A lot of the house needed to be cleaned - I was looking for a deep cleaning service, and asked if they also did stoves & refrigerators. They made some accommodations to do those things, which ended up taking the bulk of the time on site at the expense of the other cleaning services the house needed.

What they cleaned, they cleaned well. They didn't clean as much as I thought they would however. The extra jobs (fridge & stove) took longer, so the standard jobs got less attention. The owner was accommodating & took time to communicate & make adjustments.

I'd recommend them, I'd ask questions like how much time does the team have to clean, is it a deep cleaning or something else, and I'd ask for a checklist of advertised services promised vs fulfilled - not to haggle with, but to understand what happened and why so you're not disappointed if something didn't get cleaned, and the business can show what took place if it was different than expected.

We have worked with Maid Right of WilCo for several months and they have always taken the time to do a thorough job, make sure any issues are quickly resolved, and work with us to find scheduling that aligns with our availability. The teams have been professional and we like that the same team is your main go-to for each clean so you know who you are working with and can share any adjustments you may need as time goes on. Ben has been our point of contact and is always responsive, checks in with us to see how things are going, and is quick to resolve any questions!

If I could give them 10 stars I would, the lady that was sent to our house did an absolutely amazing job! I have had a few other companies come out and they usually have 2 people come to my house and this one person did a much better job then anyone else has. I highly recommend them!

Cannot say enough good things about this company. The owners were so friendly and easy to communicate with. You can really feel the family owned aspect and that they care about each of their customer. The clean was very thorough, could not find a single spot that they missed. The cleaners worked diligently and professionally the entire time they were here. Pricing was incredibly reasonable and much better than some of the corporations. Would definitely recommend them!!

Team arrived on time and did a thorough job cleaning my apartment. This was an initial clean but a job well done. Hope to have the same team on recurring cleans. Team was very efficient.

She did a beautiful job on my move out clean. My apartment had been vacant for many months and was very dusty. I paid extra for the oven and the fridge, and they were spotless. Definitely recommend this crew.
