This review should serve as a warning to anyone currently or thinking about using Franklin House Cleaning. We hired the company to clean our newly purchased home before we moved in. Things went poorly from the start. We have a 3200 sq foot house and paid for a deep cleaning. They only sent one person although we were told it was a two person job. The cleaner only had basic cleaning supplies, no "real" mop, only a heavy duty swifter type mop. When we came back to the house the next day the house was not clean at all. Only a cursory clean was done. Cobwebs were found in all rooms, dust present on many surfaces (even eye level ones).
Things happen, we get that. We called the company and they said they would send two people over the next day to take care of it. -- But when we returned to the house. It was in the exact same condition. After that they completely stopped answer our call or responding to emails. Many attempts where made to contact the company to rectify the situation. NOTHING.
Please do not use this company. If you are a current happy customer just know that once a problem happens, they will not take care of it.

Franklin House Cleaning does an excellent job every week cleaning our home. I have recommended them to many of my friends and I will continue recommending them. They even came to my home to see how I wanted it cleaned and created a customized cleaning plan just for me!

Their crew is polite, professional, super hard working and best of all, ON TIME!!. Good customer service, politeness and simple kindness seems to be lost in many businesses these days so when you run across a great team like this, they really stand out. We have been very happy with Maid Rite. Our crew is always happy, polite and they do an excellent job with dusting. From ceiling fans to base boards this is the best cleaning service we’ve ever had.

Love Williamson county Maid Right! Twice now they have completely saved me when last minute visitors came into town! I shopped around the Franklin TN area for a but and hands down no one small or large company compares to the people, quality of work, and friendliness of the staff here!
Advantages other can't touch:
- Carpets smell and feel clean, yeah in the toes type of clean, it's awesome y'all
- Trust of house and items inside! (They found my debt card and made sure to tell me asap, I didn't know I lost it!)
- Cleaners friendliness and attention to detail
- Operations people are beyond helpful on the phone!

They were very good and very fast! I was grateful that the made up 3 guest beds for me. However, the didn’t take out the trash.

It was a bit of a rocky start as the team we started with was not a fit but Grace was extremely accommodating and got us with a new team. I am the pickiest person and have tried probably 9-10 different cleaning options over the past 5 years with none being successful in the long run. With this new team we have been with them for nearly a year and I haven’t had a single complaint. They come in and work hard! Our house always looks great when they leave and it’s consistent which is often a problem when you have a company for some time. They will do the deep cleaning I don’t have time to do and are very detail oriented. Floor boards, vacuuming chairs, all of it! Definitely recommend!

We just had our floors redone and there was dust everywhere. Larry and his crew were able to move his schedule to fit us in. They were here for 2 hours and cleaned our entire home from top to bottom. The crew were very friendly and worked very efficiently. I would highly recommend Larry and crew to friends and family. In fact we enjoyed the work so much that we referred Larry of Maid Right to our neighbors who needed their house cleaned as well. Very satisfied.
