Jan-pro is not only the best deal, but the best clean! They pay attention to detail, are communicative and go above and beyond. I will always highly recommend using Jan-Pro.

Our small nonprofit had a 3-month contract with Jan Pro of Nashville. In that time the keys to our office being given to a stranger who entered our office without cleaning it, on three occasions we returned to the office after a cleaning to find something had been broken, we experienced repeated non-responsiveness to attempts to communicate with Jan Pro staff, were repeatedly overcharged on monthly invoices, and after we ended our contract due to property damage they have not returned money for services that were prepaid. I spent more time trying to work with their staff and 'right the wrongs' than if I had cleaned the office myself, I do not know how they remain in business. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Update: The stranger did not clean anything which was confirmed by the franchisee after being called out. We were given a second franchisee who I understand you've never received a complaint about, but we found broken items after 3 out of 4 cleanings. And no, we have not received the refund from prepaid services but you could have easily provided this clarification instead of ignoring our multiple requests. I stand by my review.

Jan Pro is run by trustworthy, reliable people, who are respected in the business community. Dedicated to customer service, they are easy to talk to and will do their best to ensure your satisfaction. Give them a try!

We are scheduled to be cleaned on Mondays. Lately, we have not been receiving services on Mondays, nor have we received any communication as to why. The cleaner just shows up when he's ready to clean. It was a big ordeal to get the cleaning scheduled for Mondays when it first started, and now they don't even show up.

Jan-Pro was coming to our office and not cleaning the office after several phone calls to the sales team we spoke with Jim the manager and sent Jim and his team videos of the cleaning team sleeping on the job office. I would not recommend Jan-Pro of Nashville and Jim's Team........

Thanks for your response The problem was with three owners and the videos do show people coming in and sleeping for an hour before leave. I have provided the a few clips to Dan and Adam I hope that you have a chance to review them I have also offered you the full video on a USB Drive so you can do training but Dan didn't think that would be necessary. You charged my officer for work that was not done and will not correct it. People should know what type of company you are.

We highly recommend Jan-Pro! Robert does a fantastic job!! We're (JSJ Construction, LLC) a small water/sewer construction business with about 20 employees and the guys come in/out of the office all week long dragging in mud & dirt. After a long week the office can look pretty bad, however, on Monday when we come in the office is spotless. Very reputable company, with kind and trustworthy employees. If you're looking for a cleaning company, I highly recommend JAN-PRO!!

The team arrived on time and brought all their own supplies. Watching them work was like a well-choreographed dance. They tackled my kitchen and bathrooms first, and it was like night and day. We absolutely adore Lorena and Katy and Fabiano! This cleaning crew has been with us for over a year and we have also hired them for a rental property bars and will be using them when we move into our new home! Absolutely love the text messages telling me when the service starts and finishes and when the cleaning crew is on the way, so if I am not home, I can Arm or disarm the alarm system, depending upon when they arrive and exit.

They are so kind to my children when we are here while they are cleaning! I recommend this company as much as possible to any friends and family!
