Our technician KJ, arrived early and cleaned our carpet very fast. It only took him 25 minutes and he had our carpet looking brand new. He was also courteous towards our pets. For the price you can’t beat the service and quality!

Initial interactions with the technician that arrived were less than stellar. There were some miscommunications in price, cleaning process as well as transparency in person versus the call I had made beforehand for information gathering. However, their customer service did rectify the situation and I will most likely give them a try again in the future.

Exceptional service. Quick to schedule and very accommodating with time. Jordan was professional, kind, and very easy to work with. He even helped me sort out a receipt on the spot. And the carpets look GREAT!!!

Josh showed up right on time this morning and was super chill - great to work with. He finished the couch, chair, and rug in about an hour and a half. I’ll definitely use him again.

Safe Dry provided excellent service from start to finish. They notified me right away about a traffic delay and still made sure we were taken care of the same day. Jacob arrived later, was extremely polite and professional, and did a fantastic job on both our carpet and upholstery. Very impressed with both the company’s communication and Jacob’s work!

Tucker did amazing work! He was on time, super polite, and got the carpets looking brand new in no time. Even pet stains were gone and odor is so much better already. Highly recommend Tucker at Safe Dry!

Jordan was great! He arrived on time was did a wonderful job on my carpet. The stains are gone. I was very intrigued by the process no large bulky machines and gallons of water to steam clean, impressive!

Logan came to my house this morning. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and respectful. We have a puppy who insists on marking all over our couch. Logan worked diligently to remove any dog urine from the couch and made it look brand new. Our bedroom carpet was also heavily soiled from our 3 mischievous dogs. We made it look like it did the day we moved in! It looks so pristine! I want to do yoga on that floor again! Thank you to Logan for your professionalism and hard work. You made our house a home again.

Logan did an excellent job. He was courteous and efficient. I had my golden doodle and 13 month old son with me and he was so quiet my son didn’t even wake up from his nap. The main reason we called was because we had a white chair that was fairly new and got dirty quick. After Logan cleaned it, the white chair looked brand new. I couldn’t believe that the wine stain came out of the chair. I will certainly use Safe-Dry again and request Logan!

Owner said he would come service our pool and after reaching out three times said he could not come service our above ground pool after he had us on the schedule.

I called about some pool work, thinking they serviced my area. Once we figured out that they didn't work in my area, they pointed me to the right people and gave me a ton of great advice, even knowing that we wouldn't be able to work together.

The gentleman were very polite and professional! The owner, definitely is knowledgeable of the Swimming Pool Industry! Some of the workers look like, previous College Hunks employees that've advanced into a better industry! 😉
