Tucker came to our house and did an amazing job on our carpets. He walked through our options and advised us appropriately. The service was quick and carpets look great!

Landon kept us informed of his estimated arrival time and arrived as expected.
Once here he went right to work taking measurements and figuring a price. He explained in detail what was required and how it would be done. It didn’t take long for him to have the carpet looking like new.

Jacob did a great job on our stair carpet! I am honestly shocked at how well it turned out given the years of use and stains. It looks like new and saved us from installing new carpet. Really happy with the level of service and courteousness of Jacob.

Chandler came to the rescue when the new, $86.00 bag of super-duper raw dog food resulted in projectile vomiting by our dog at precisely 11:00 am for three days in a row. Once in the car, and two days on our beautiful velvet couch. We tried all of the off the shelf solutions and the smell remained.

The dog food was returned and the couch looks and smells as good or better than new. If you encounter a similar situation, I would recommend this service.

Logan was nothing but kind, polite, respectful, and thorough with his work and unexpectedly fast! He made me so comfortable being alone with him in my home and in the presence of my baby girl. (Nothing is worse than feeling uncomfortable in your own home) but he was the complete opposite!!

I do not have enough words to express the calming demeanor this man brings to the table. He is welcome inside my home any time and I hope they send him back the next time I need any work done!

I wish I could give far more than 5 stars because he undoubtedly deserves it! He deserves a raise and promotion in my opinion for his work ethics, communication, attention to detail and overall personality!

Best carpet cleaner I’ve ever seen! Don’t think twice and call these people now! Chandler rocks!! Fresh and clean!! I’m putting them on speed dial.

I scheduled this place to come clean my carpets using an online book service, i booked them for a Friday evening at 5pm. I got a text 5 minutes before they were supposed to be here saying they were going to be late and didn’t know how long…when they got back to me finally it was after 5:30
Saying they were going to be another 30-45 at the property they were already at which meant that they wouldn’t be getting to me until almost 7pm. I informed them we had plans and needed to leave around 7:30 so it wasn’t going to work anymore.
I rescheduled them for 8am the next morning, however I went and read all their yelp reviews and this place is a scam. They give you “a base price” online and then up-charge you after they get there. They also don’t do a very deep thorough clean according to the other reviews, so I canceled my appointment with them. It was very irritating experience overall tearing up my whole house to get my carpets cleaned only to have them text me 5 minutes before they were supposed to be there that they were going to be late and didn’t know how long. Then to find out they were going to be 2-2.5 hours later than the scheduled time was even more irritating.

Chandler was fantastic and my rugs look brand new. I would absolutely recommend Safe-dry and will use them again. I have had the rug below in my kitchen for at least 8 years and was ready to replace it. The rug looks brand new. Chandler was here for about an hour and a half and cleaned 6 rugs. Thanks so much!

Logan walked me through the whole process and he was very upfront with certain spots BEFORE starting. Pretty neat with his work, didn't do any mess inside my house. The company was pretty responsive, even after hours. Had a great experience since the first contact to the last one. Fully recommended.
