This is the best landscaping company in the city of Nashville! Can’t say enough wonderful things about them! They have done several projects at my house and I have been nothing but happy with their work!

Pancho and his team did an amazing job! I actually learned of their services from Google and observed all of the positive reviews. Pancho came to our house and helped us design exactly what we were looking for in our landscaping. He was timely, professional, and caring. My family and I highly recommend him.

RoundTree designed and installed a 9 zone irrigation system for us. They listened closely to our needs for watering several ornamental beds and lawn areas with varying sun light and irrigation requirements.

The experience was positive for us overall. They reliably arrive on time and with all the equipment and supplies to get the job done. After construction was completed they reviewed the installation with us and explained how to use the controller/timer.

Update 02/21/26: Still hasn’t returned to fix the issues with the sand.

Update 11/26/25:
After all of this, back in July, Pancho decided that he was going to send out one of his guys to redo the sand in my patio. After it was done, I was asked to remove my original review. I told him I would gladly EDIT my review, but given the multitude of problems that I have had with their work, I explained I wanted to wait a little bit to ensure the problem was indeed fixed once and for all. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. Pancho came out to address it (add more sand) and said he would return again in two weeks to touch up the sand and reseal the patio. Well, two weeks came and went, as did a month. I never heard from him and I’ve reached out twice, and once again, he has ignored my messages. I can only advise anyone reading this to steer clear of this business or you will be in for unending problems. I’ll continue to spread the word with our local Facebook group and all of my neighbors.

Update 05/08/25: A response from Roundtree (or Falcon Rentals??) I'm not sure what/who that is, but claim to be responding as Roundtree. So you say communication fell short? NO, you failed to communicate with me at all. Delay into spring wasn't the issue - your ghosting me was the issue. Messages were not missed or miscommunicated, they were flat out ignored. You say you take this seriously, if so, then refund my money since you failed to not only complete the job, but the work you did do is inferior. Interestingly, outside of your pathetic response, I've heard nothing from you.

I'd give them less than a star if I could. If you're a single woman, beware! Don't hire these guys! Unfortunately, I made the mistake of hiring them last summer to redo the base of my patio, as I had been having ongoing issues for a few years, and Francisco determined that the base needed to be redone. He assured me that they'd do a great job, and by spending the money to redo the base, it would resolve the reoccurring problems. After the work was completed, they had to come back repeatedly to fix some issues, which should have been a red flag, but Francisco and Miguel both told me that they stand by their work. Part of the work was to seal the patio after the repairs were done, but the issues kept them coming back into the fall, and the weather became less than ideal for sealing. Francisco suggested we wait until spring when the conditions would be better. He told me to reach out in this spring, and when I did, he said he'd get me on the schedule for the first week of April, and that he would contact me on March 31st to confirm the day. I never heard anything from him. I sent a few text messages which he ignored, and when I called him, he told me he never got my messages. Yeah right. He sputtered some excuse about being sick. Whether or not he got my messages is irrelevant, as HE was supposed to reach out to ME to set up a day/time. Francisco then told me he'd get with Miguel that evening and call me the next morning to let me know when they would come by. Again, he never got back to me. He has since ignored all of my text and voicemail messages. I'm guessing it's because once again, their subpar work has left me with polymeric sand that is wet, soft, peeling up, and mildewy. These guys DON'T stand by their work - crooked business practice! I trusted them to do right by me, but instead, Francisco happily took my money, lied to me, repeatedly put me off, and left me with the same problems that I originally had before hiring them. Shame on you Francisco!! Since you're not standing by your work, and not honoring your word or your warranty, I want my money back! These guys shouldn't be allowed to keep money for a job that is incomplete and inferior, and they certainly shouldn't be allowed to stay in business. There's no doubt in my mind that if I wasn't a single mom and they had been dealing with a man from the start, there would be no need for me to spend my time writing this review. They absolutely took advantage of the situation.

We so appreciate our project you competed for our backyard! Your company was wonderful to work with. You were professional, responsive and when it stormed while you were working you even came back after to clean up what you could to prepare for the next day. Definitely an enjoyable experience!

I cannot say enough, good things about my experience with RoundTree Landscaping. We needed to resod our front yard. Pancho provided excellent information about what would be required. Miguel expertly removed the old lawn and leveled the soil in preparation for the new sod. The new grass is a great quality and looks fantastic. Pancho’s communication throughout the process was excellent. He provided regular updates and I always knew what to expect. The job was completed within the timeline he gave me. He also provided helpful videos and informational packets. To help me take care of the sod during the crucial first few weeks. He also sent a team member to check on how things were going and provide expert advice to make sure that we had the best possible outcome. I am so proud of our gorgeous new lawn and so grateful we worked with RoundTree. I would recommend them to everyone.

Pancho, Miguel and crew are ROCKSTARS!! We have worked with Rountree on many projects in the past. Recently and in just few days they repaired and rerouted our irrigation system, replaced 6 dead trees, and spread pine needle straw around the perimeter with the pine straw. They also removed all the rocks and gravel in our side yard construction zone, leveled the area, spread top soil, and installed new sod. Looks amazing!! They are always transparent and communication is top notch!! Next project, Roundtree is the next call!
