Great overall experience from the initial phone call to the estimates on multiple projects, to completing everything just as planned.. Crawl space pex repair,, repair gas line, and install water flow/leak detection system. Highly recommend !! Lead tech Brian and Hazen did excellent work. Definitely will use on future projects.

Golden had someone to our rescue within an hour of my call on a Saturday morning. After quoting a reasonable and competitive price with no weekend price gouging for a replacement water heater, they got to work immediately. I checked with neighbors who used big-name competitors you see on TV. Golden beat their prices and provided excellent service as well.

Hannah was knowledgeable, competent, helpful, and kind. She quickly found and fixed the problem. We will definitely be using Golden Plumbing (and Hannah!) again. Highly recommended.

I really wanted to leave a positive review based on all the other great experiences here, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.

I moved into a home with an older water filtration system that was turned off. I asked Golden Plumbing to inspect it and see if it could be used. The plumber didn’t seem to recognize the system and quickly told me it was too old, missing a water softener, and that my only option was to replace it completely for about $6,000. That seemed excessive, so I got a second opinion.

The second plumber immediately recognized it as a Pentair Pelican system, explained how it worked, turned it on, inspected the water, and confirmed that the system was still good for a few more years. He even showed me where to buy the $50 sediment filter I needed. (For clarity, this system never had a water softener. The previous owner just left a bag of salt in the garage.)

Based on that experience, I unfortunately can’t recommend Golden Plumbing. Either they were not knowledgeable about common systems or they tried to upsell me unnecessarily, which is frustrating. I’d encourage others to get a second opinion before agreeing to expensive replacements.

We had a broken sewer pipe a few feet outside of the house four feet underground.

This is the third time I have used Golden Plumbing for different issues. Today i had an outside water leak. They here within two hours, dug up the line and finished my repair before the end of the day. They have always been easy to work with. They are experienced in what they do and use high quality parts. Their prices are ok, everything is high these days, but you get what you pay for. I had rather pay a little more to gave it done right. I would use them again.

Brian and Haven from Golden Plumbing TN were incredible! They went above and beyond, clearing their schedule to provide full same-day service for our new tankless water heater. Their pricing was competitive, and the whole team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Brian and his team were very professional, knowledgeable and diligent. They also had the right equipment to locate the leak. Instead of using a less reliable acoustic wand locator, they pressurized the system with with a inert nitrogen gas mixture of helium - or maybe it was hydrogen. (I forget exactly). They then walk the line with a gas "sniffer" thingy to pinpoint the break. Makes sense. And it looks like easy work up until you have to dig the hole and get into actually repairing the pipe. Start to finish about 4 hours. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Would happily use them again.

came in to snake the drain, realized it was a bigger issue and helped us figure it out! had everything taken care of very quickly and efficiently. didn’t leave a mess behind and was so friendly! Brian was so helpful and if we ever need plumbing done again we will definitely be calling golden plumbing 🪠

I can't brag enough on this company! Very professional and informative and even ask you if you have any questions about what needs to be done. I will recommend them to anyone that is in need of plumbing work. They're first time coming out to find out what was going on with my plumbing they didn't even charge me , I was so impressed with just the whole experience with this company . They are the best!! Five Star Service All The Way...We have an older plumbing system and therefore can get clogged easily/much use...Golden came through, quickly identified the cause of a minor flood(!) below, quoted a best price (because we had earlier estimates from larger competitors who wanted to gut everything), and were very courteous and professional throughout the repair. They even followed up to make a quick fine tuning post-repair. On call, fast, easy, and friendly - can't recommend high enough when something comes up.

I called Golden Plumbling LLC. and immediately appointment was set on Monday. They kelp me inform of the appointment through phone text even how far the technician was from her arrival time. Hannah Anderson was the technician that came out. She was very respect, her customer services skills were outstanding. She was very helpful and comfortable to talk to about my toilet. I have to say they are not the cheapest company but she was fantastic and wear disposable booties covers on her shoes before walking into my home.
