Don's a great guy and they do quality work.

I called on a Friday morning to schedule an appointment, they gave me an appointment for Tuesday-longer than expected but decided to take the time. I received a call on Tuesday morning to say there were "other emergencies" they had to respond to that day. I stated mine was an emergency and they offered me a rescheduled time for Saturday. Not the next day... four days out.

The gentlemen were so polite and kind. Came out quickly, and was very affordable. Will use again.

MR WOOD HIMSELF HUNG UP ON ME!! Beware of customer service!! I had a fixture installed by them that breaks every year. They refused to back their workmanship up. If you want to pay every year to have something reinstalled call this business.

Avoid Don Wood Plumbing! They disregarded my work instructions and installed a part that was not agreed to before hand. They took advantage of my elderly in-laws who do not speak English as a first language. They charged $225 for a part you can buy at Home Depot for $40, that is a 500% mark-up!! Save yourself from their unethical business practices and avoid Don Wood Plumbing.

Got 2 new toilets installed, 2 Delta faucets rebuilt, and a sink drain unclogged. Todd was very cool, patient, very professional and fixed everything, all at a very reasonable price! I could not be more pleased!

Billy and Daniel moved the cut-off valve to a position that we could reach easily. They were working in a very confined space and did a very professional job. Efficient, on time and replaced a valve that could have been a serious problem soon. Thank you very much Don Wood Plumbing.
