Called to see if they had a general sheet of fiberglass gasket to replace the failed one on my heating units inducer.
Was told they can’t sell to me because I don’t have an EPA license… what a joke…
Called a competitor that could order it for me but advised me I could just high heat permatex in its place. Not only excellent customer service but one place I will return to and Ferguson I will not.

I knew this was going to be a good experience when we arrived and secured a front row parking spot. (one of my top priorities when reviewing an establishment) Employees were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They determined the best product for our needs and provided it promptly. Plenty of seating is offered at the checkout counter so you don’t end up wasting any precious energy standing to pay. (my second priority when determining a review score)

Jeff Vinson is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I arrived with very little knowledge of what I needed to purchase to repair my faucet. Jeff patiently helped identify the parts and pieces I needed and even provided the phone number of the manufacturer to get the discontinued part. He also helped me find pieces to repair another faucet instead of me having to buy a whole new faucet. He went above and beyond to make my experience great. I went back two months later as I had difficulty getting in touch with one of the manufacturers and he took the time to call the company with me at the moment! 5 stars to Ferguson’s and to Jeff Vinson!

I went to Ferguson to see about a new cartridge for my shower/tub. I was greeted by J.V. and he couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable about my problem and quickly resolved the issue. He has so much personality and kindness, that it was such a pleasure to do business here. J.V. is an invaluable employee and I know that I will frequent this store because of him. I was advised to try Ferguson Plumbing after not being able to get a white kitchen sink ring for the garbage disposal that had broken. Different employees at Lowe’s had sent me 3 different places. When I entered Ferguson’s the two employees acknowledged me but were waiting on customers. One employee said he honestly didn’t think he had what I was looking for since they were no longer produced. The 2nd employee said, if you can let me finish up with this customer I think I do have what you need. He went to his stock room and brought me the white ring! Since they no longer make it he didn’t charge me! He had placed items in a box in case someone needed it! I have misplaced his card with his name but he was a nice looking African American. He is such a good advocate for Ferguson’s and hopefully is paid well! I won’t forget this place because of him!

I had a bath faucet over 15 years old that leaked bad badly. Went to Ferguson and James Wells went above and beyond in helping me. They did not have the parts I needed but he said he would find it for me. I left the store and two days later he called and located it for me. He gave me the contact information and I placed the order. It came in and fit perfectly. . There was no charge for all the effort Mr Wells did and seemed as happy to help if I ever needed anything else. I’m a customer for life now.

I was in a real pinch to correct an issue with a shower fixture, and with 20 minutes left in the business day James from Ferguson Supply saved the day. Called him up, got the parts ordered and shipped straight to my house. No hassle, no need to go into a show room or a big store. Just got what I needed and was really pleasant about it. Very pleased.

Called Mr. Rooter for drain cleaning, and the results were amazing….!

Mr Rooter responded to a minor leak we had from a water heater. They arrived within hours and took care of our issue with Professionalism.

Had them clean out the sewer and I was shocked at how thorough they were. Great value for such quality work.
