Chris did an exceptional job of analyzing a situation at one of our new construction neighborhoods over the weekend. What we thought was just a clogged toilet turned out to be more involved. He found some gravel in one of the main lines, jetted it and ran a camera through the line. No breakage or cracks were present so the issue was mitigated successfully with minimal downtime. Thanks Chris and Roto Rooter!

Came when I called on Sunday. They kept me informed the whole time. Always wanted me to ask any questions or had any concerns. Everyone was very helpful.

Roto-Rooter responded fast and successfully unblocked my main sewer line in a very old home and quickly diagnosed a “belly” in the line by camera footage. The snaking lasted for about 1.3 years (much longer than I expected) before the line blocked again. This time, unable to unblock with a snake, they power jet the whole line at no extra charge. Unfortunately, the flow of the main line was still flowing poorly, so 25’ of main line that “bellied” in the backyard had to be replaced. They were very understanding and got it all replaced within a week of initial diagnosis. Brandon was very communicative and a great listener during this stressful time as a homeowner. 5-stars both visits!! I will definitely be recommending them to any friends with future plumbing crises.
