We had a great experience today with Rotorooter! I called this morning and they were able to see us today. Their communication was excellent, their genial representative was even early, and he was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly. Would give him a 10/5 - not just efficient but just a great guy.

He did a great job! Helped identify the problem, explained it to us and got it fixed and all cleaned up.

Roto Rooter were quick to respond to my online inquiry. Bo, the technician, showed up the next day at the appointed time, identified the problem quickly and cleared our bathtub drain. I recommend the company and Bo as a technician!

Bo took care of my kitchen sink clog quickly, with great customer service and cleaned up the work area better than before he started. It's Saturday, I called around 7am, and the work was complete before 9:30am. Thank you!

Contacted Benjamin Franklin for my annual inspection. Joe came out and was timely, courteous and professional. Answered my many questions and completed work that was needed along with explaining the process. Very pleased with the service of Joe and his professionalism.

Had a water pressure issue, previously diagnosed. Benjamin Franklin confirmed the issue and had it fixed for cheaper and quicker than another local competitor. Also fixed an issue with a cartridge in my master shower fixture. Great service, highly recommend.

Ben Franklin has always been so good to us. Hot water heater was leaking, they got a tech out same day we called. Diagnosed the problem, ordered the needed parts (under warranty, yay!) and got us back up and running.. We have a working hot water heater! Thanks Jesse!!!

Matt seemed very knowledgeable about our plumbing issue. He offered us a few different solutions so we could choose the option that worked best for us. He was able to take care of our issue at the time of his visit and did so efficiently and professionally.

Zachary and his team did a wonderful job. Two days of drain and supply line replacement. All in a very tight crawl space of a 1957 home. They were thorough with the entire job. Fromm demolition, installation, clean up and hauling out of old fixtures. They did it all, in a timely manner.
Also answered any and all questions we had during the process.
Can’t ask for much more.

Joe did a GREAT job. He arrived 1.5 hours after I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing (which was amazingly quick since it was an urgent job). The pipe under my sink was repaired after the valve broke. He also added an expansion tank for my water heater that was recommended by the home inspector previously.

I wouldn’t recommend this company. Charged my mother $89 for a faucet and $500 for the install which took less than an hour. Get a local plumber who doesn’t have the insane overhead this company has and you will definitely get a better rate and better service. “Industry stabdard rate” my foot. You all are straight up fleecing your customers with out of control prices.
