The techs have always arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner explaining the issue and resolution. They also were greatly helpful with an insurance claim from a water leak at my home.
They are affordable and a very caring company. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter in Hermitage, Tn.

This guy Bo showed up and charged. $565 just to look down the main line, when I could’ve called the city first - what a scam, thx for nothing Bo and Roto Rooter.

Our water heater ruptured at 10:00 am and we were able to shut the water off. Roto Rooter had a tech on-site within an hour. It was replaced with a new one that was operational by 3pm. Their tech, William, is a great guy, very professional and personable.

Noah was a champion in fixing our house and plumbing situation. We ended up having to add a cleanout to our main line to get unblocked. This man ended up digging a hole in the rain to add this and worked nearly all day without a break. He was positive and gave me insight on things I could do to keep my house as clean as possible by blocking certain pipes with items from home Depot to save me a clean up. I was very happy with his work.

Called Roto Rooter as we had a clogged drain pipe that was causing water to leak all over our laundry room. No came out within the projected window and got us back to normal and doing laundry again quickly.

Bo was Amazing! He was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. I will call on Roto-Rooter again and ask for Bo!

Noah with Franklin RotoRooter came out to address a snarly backup in our Master shower. Noah was prompt with his arrival, courteous and professional, knowledgeable, efficient. He advised up front what the costs involved would be and provided a "vest case/worst case" scenario. Fixed our issue in record time and save the rest of our day for other activities! I really appreciate Noah's approach to our issue and would certainly recommend him for any future needs.

I was really impressed with Bo he was very professional very cordial and very friendly he got straight to his work and was finished within 45 minutes thank you for putting my sink faucet in today and also for replacing my garbage disposal last month things don't last forever but friendship does thank you again Bo for everything you're amazing man don't change ever.

I worked with Roto Rooter to clear our sinks/drains. They sent a technician named Chris to our location. He was on time, and he worked until the job was finished. He explained things to me clearly as he did the work. He also was very polite and respectful. Called this morning about 10:00am, for plumbing issue. Noah arrived about 11:40am after informing during the initial call he could not arrive until 11:00am- 1:00 pm. He was timely with the work and made sure everything was OK before leaving. He was here for about 30 minutes. Very efficient and courteous. I would call him back in a heartbeat.

Had a main drain clog during the recent snow. All other companies were only doing high priority services. Well to me, this was high priority because we could not use any water or go to the bathroom. Root Rooter had a technician to me within an hour. Technician went above and beyond to fix the issue. Thank you guys very much!!!
