He diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and had everything back in perfect shape in no time. The quality of work was outstanding, and he left everything clean and tidy.

One of the best, if not the best business, in Franklin. Honest, locally owned, considerate, and hardworking. We had a pretty complicated project and they showed up on time and did what they said they would do and then some. Communication was a breeze, and standing behind their word was evident from start to finish. If you need a plumber in Franklin to add plumbing to the house, or fix it, these guys are your ONLY SMART CHOICE. We honestly wish they owned every construction or general management company around. These guys are perfect!

Turned on faucet and it would not turn off. Water pressure was going full force. Called Benjamin Franklin after hours. In approx 1 he or so Dakota accessed the situation and Got the situation taken care of. He was very attentive to my concerns, very professional and pleasant to work with. We love Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and have been using them for over a year now. We request Quentin every time we have a plumbing issue. He’s honest, trustworthy, and professional. He always goes above and beyond and does the job in a timely manner. He’s also very sweet and patient with my two little ones who watch and ask a lot of questions.

I would recommend Benjamin Franklin to anyone that have a plumbing issue. The Manager Brian is very knowledgeable in his craft with years of experience. He takes his time to explain your plumbing issues and will recommend what he think would be the best route to go to resolve your issue. I will give them 10 stars

Gary did excellent work. He kept me informed and explained everything he was doing throughout the day. We had a kind of complex job but Gary worked with our equipment supplier and came up with a solution. I will hire Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for our future commercial plumbing needs.

Our tankless water heater under guarantee. I’m cover heater in my blanket. After my water comes out warm not hot. Technician come to my house, take off blanket and water start coming hot. They charge for it $99
It’s ridiculous. Be careful. Looks like scam. We finished build another house and I want buy another heater from this company. Now of course I’m not buying anything from this company

I NEVER give 5 stars because I don't believe "perfect" exists, but I had a bathroom remodel done and had to outsource plumbing to get the results I wanted. We'll start with Scott... friendly, fun, light hearted and filled with corny jokes. Scott accessed what my project and was very confident it could be done and let me know it was a 3 step process. An appointment was then made to have the work done. Zach and Tyler showed up promptly, handled their business and told me to call when I was ready for the second visit. The remodel was complete and it was time to call the plumbers in to install the toilet and sink. I called and my appointment was set up for the next day. Zach and Tyler showed up promptly handled their business and told me there was no need for a third visit. I was in agreement. Upon installing my toilet Zach noticed there was a clog in my system. He then called the company to see if a technician could be sent out to address the clog issue. They were able to come out later that day. Meanwhile it was lunch time and I recommend a restaurant and told them what I usually ordered from the menu. After lunch they returned and finished up. During the lunch hour I went to the grocery store and returned just as they were packing to leave. I was putting my groceries away in the refrigerator and saw a to go plate with writing on it. Zack left me the lunch I had mentioned to him with a thank you. Such a sweet gesture. Joe M was the technician who came to ease my (p)drain. He worked diligently in the cold until he cleared my (p)drain. This was a long post to say my experience with Benjamin Franklin was a good one. From the initial assessment, to the plumbers and the technician... all were respectful, knowledgeable, and caring. I will recommend them to anyone who approaches me with plumbing issues. Thank you Benjamin Franklin for a stress free experience.

We have used this company for years. They have not let us down. Our most recent work had a minor issue that kept the solution from working and they showed up pronto and made the simple fix and bingo. Awesome. They are really, really great.

I was out of town when my son said my water heater was having leaking issues. I called and spoke with Eric the owner and he was very helpful and he had me send pics of my problem and explained my options. When I returned to town I called to see when I could get in and they came within 30 min. Excellent service and the gentlemen that came to do the instal were very professional and knowledgeable and let me ask a lot of questions and explained what they were doing and why. I had an unusual space to fit a new unit in so they promptly realized they needed a slightly different size unit and they quickly got it and completed the install. The whole experience with The Hot Water Heater Pros was great!!

As usual, our 8 year old unit failed just before the holiday weekend. After reading numerous reviews, I chose this company. The owner was so patient with my questions over the holiday and I completely respected that his team had the weekend off. Very class act in this day and age.
But, as of 11am Monday morning, we have a beautifully installed heatpump water heater. Hoping for some electricity savings! Thanks to Steve and Cole!! Thank you so much!!
