I hired The Hot Water Pros to flush my tankless water heater. Communication was great. Great pricing. I don’t know if it is the placebo effect, but I feel like my water heater is working more efficiently now. I highly recommend. Thank you guys!

These guys are AMAZING! We lost our tankless water heater in the ice storm. They came out at 7 PM and put a new one in for us. They did an amazing job, gave us a great price, and got us going quick. Both of their installers were top-notch PROs and super nice guys. They care about their work and their customers and it shows. I literally could not recommend this company more.

Our hot water heater blew up after 5P on a Friday. We called The Hot Water Heater Pros since they had installed it 3 yrs ago, & it remained under warranty. They found our records, came by to confirm that repair was not possible, & scheduled the replacement installation for Monday. Cole, the technician arrived early for the appointment, efficiently installed the new tank with care & precision. We had to pay $600 for labor, which I disagree with but paid; you'd have to pay more to start fresh with a new vendor. But out of warranty, I'll hire the company that truly honors the warranty and does not charge labor under warranty. They do exist, so ask about this when replacing a heater that's not under warranty. Again, the technician was AWESOME!

They are efficient and on time. They are friendly and efficiently doing a good work. We are happy for what they've done. We recommend them if you have plumbing problem. They come when they promised to come even earlier than on time. Thanks Mark and all of your team.

I could never figure out why I always had a sewer smell coming through my floors. I had a clogged drain and called a different plumbing company ( My mistake) although they did get it unclogged but I still needed more work. I called Prodigy to get a quote and Mark showed up the same day. He set up the camera and walked me through everything that he saw. After he inspected he also informed me that the pipes installed were not up to code. I was informed of my quote on Friday and they were here on Monday. I learned alot from Mark, and Erik Espinoza. Mark and his team at Prodigy plumbing are fantastic! Him and his team helped hydroclean a poor flowing drain in our house. They are so knowledgeable! If you need plumbing work done especially with drain clean and underground pipes these are the guys! I saw the camera after they cleaned the drain and it looked brand new on 20yr old pipe!

27 years ago we managed to buy the only wood house in our Franklin, TN neighborhood. It is now almost 50 years old. Need I say more? Well, besides exterior maintenance demands, we also inherited old pipes and plumbing that have only gotten older with time. On a septic system, we began to have inside back up issues from scaly iron build up to roots that seemed to be intruding everywhere. Several reputable plumbing companies offered an expensive solution; replace the pipes, specifically the main line that runs from underneath our slab to our septic. It was cracking and crumbling, a heartbeat away from collapse. Having heard of CIPP, a procedure which lines the interior of such pipes instead of replacing them, I found Prodigy Plumbing on line and had them give me an estimate. Mark was so professional and informative that I gave him the green light to proceed. His crew arrived right on time with state of the art equipment. Extremely polite and courteous, they completed the CIPP work in a day. Thrilled with the results, I happily started flushing toilets that now drained quickly and efficiently. Having saved thousands of dollars, I am a very satisfied customer and would encourage anyone with old pipes to give Prodigy a call. You won't regret it!

Game changers! Prodigy Plumbing Sewer & Drain. I highly recommend these people. I needed a water heater installed. Mark informed me he would send a technician to me that same day for an estimate. Usually companies try to charge you just for looking at it and leave. Mark informed me that the estimate part would be free. If I wanted to go forward with the installation the technician could install it on site. I agreed with the cost. David was great! He was professional and courteous. He also gave me tips on how to maintenance my water heater. Once again. I recommend this company!
