5/5 stars!!!!!!! Today I had an exceptional experience with Prodigy Plumbing Sewer and Drain. Mark came out to service my tankless water heater, he arrived promptly and took the time to thoroughly explain the process. Even though he only came to do a simple tankless water heater flush, I ended up showing him multiple other things that were problems and a few of them he fixed right on the spot. What impressed me the most was his proactive approach, checking other potential problems in my home to ensure everything was in order. He provided multiple options for repairs, allowing me to make informed decisions. His professionalism, communication skills, and dedication to customer satisfaction were outstanding. I am having him back to fix the things I showed him because I felt his expertise was far abive most of the plumbers I have encountered in the past. I highly recommend Prodigy for any plumbing needs anyone may have.

Prodigy did amazing work! Mark and his team were very trustworthy, friendly, and hardworking. My plumbing from 1969 was completely eroding in my backyard. They prioritized my job to get me back to a functioning system ASAP and worked miracles to provide me with affordable new plumbing without tearing up my yard or driveway. I cannot recommend them enough! The trench less/CIPP is the way to go. I hope to never need their services again, but I would use them again in a heartbeat and refer everyone I know to them. Great company, great guys, a fair price, and work that I trust was done right- they were everything you want!

This company is the best! Every gentelman was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to show us exactly what our drain problems were and explain every option. They provided the best service and a wonderful resolution to an unexpected major drain issue without busting up our tile floors or concrete patio. Mark and his team did great work!!! We called at lunchtime about a clogged line and they arrived within hours and was able to clear the line in a few hours. He had the correct equipment and very fair prices. The was an awesome experience!! Even better, Mark was an exceptional person who was polite and very engaging!!

Amazing company. Our upstairs shower was broken and they had it repaired so quickly. Super kind and professional employees. We will only be using Prodigy from now on!

Hired them to come do some Re-Lining Pipeline Repairs for us in the Gulch in Nashville. 3 hours later we were flushing again and the tenants were super happy. One broken pipe was fixed by another plumber and they found an offset joint with pvc to cast iron under the marble patio. They saved the day. Big shoutout to Prodigy and their incredible owner and crew that worked until the job was done!

Insanely unprofessional. Had them come out to replace a garbage disposal and immediately after had issues with my dishwasher. They inspected and said it needs a new drain pump and would order it. They then proceed to disappear for weeks of no response, no quote, nothing. I then call another company to come replace what I thought was drain pump and learned it was a plug from the garbage disposal that was installed. 2 minutes of removing the plug and dishwasher worked fine. Dozens of phone calls and messages and no reply. As someone that used them many times, incredibly disappointed and will not be back.

I had an urgent plumbing concern and Mark came out within hours. He was easy to get a hold of, great communicator and very honest in his assessment which I really appreciate. I’m grateful to have found him and will absolutely recommend him to others!!

950 USD water jet.

Had a gutter downspout that seemed blocked, with water pooling around the area. I suspected a water jet might fix it, so I contacted Prodigy on Friday morning. They scheduled me for noon the same day, then called back a few minutes later saying they had a cancellation and could come immediately. great responsiveness.

The plumber arrived in a very clean, well-equipped truck and was super polite. I explained the issue and my concern that water was seeping into the crawl space. He quoted $950 to jet the drain and run a camera to diagnose the problem. Given the potential risk, I accepted. A week of rain ahead left me short of options.

A few minutes into the job, he discovered the drain was actually blind and didn’t go anywhere. it wasn’t clogged at all. He then jetted an adjacent 50-foot drain to make sure it wasn’t connected and to rule out other issues. That drain was also clear, so no camera was needed and the visit wrapped up quickly. The final charge was $750.

While I accept that I agreed to the quote, it’s hard not to feel the service was overpriced. essentially $750 to show up and jet a 50-foot drain that wasn’t even clogged. The plumber was great, but the cost felt high for what was actually done. I can’t shake the feeling this bordered on price gouging given how worried I was about the potential crawlspace damage, and I do wonder if my accent and the neighborhood played a role in how aggressively it was priced. Again, $750 to jet 50 feet of an unclogged drain—how is that close to $15 per foot?

Prodigy quickly figured out the best way to switch us to a tankless water heater and filtration system. They planned the install so we had little downtime (we had hot water overnight on our old system!), and the crew listened to our input and explained the pros and cons clearly. Neat and clean install! Great service—highly recommend!
