I had an unexpected fire alarm incident which led to the fire dept showing up at my house at 6am. They had identified a gas leak in addition to my smoke detectors and shut off my gas on the coldest day of the year. It was early Sunday morning and I frantically called about 10 places before Mark picked up the phone. He got out to me quickly after giving me a quote over the phone. They handled everything in such a timely and professional manner. After they located the leaks and fixed the issues they retested my lines and called me on my way back from Home Depot buying new smoke detectors to let me know that I could call the gas company to come back out to retest to get our gas turned back on. I would be remiss not to mention of have two toddlers who were with my wife as they worked fast to get me back online. I couldn’t have been more appreciative of their professionalism, service, and compassion for my situation especially with my two young children. Prodigy found a low spot in our main sewer line. They came out, dug up the line, and replaced the bad section in less than 4 hours. They did an excellent job putting the yard back in order and cleaning up all of the debris left over. I will definitely contact them the next time I have an issue and would highly recommend them to others.

Mark at Prodigy Sewer & Drain was a joy to work with. Not only was he helpful in diagnosing my problem, he had technology readily available to provide multiple options in how to attack the issue. If someone had a need for diagnosis, descaling, hydro-jetting, or pipe lining, I doubt there's anyone better to work with in Middle TN and I'm not sure other companies have the modern equipment he has to tackle tough problems or hard-to-get-to pipes without major demo. When I left a message, he responded quickly and was super helpful, considerate, and very professional, even down to shoe coverings when entering my home. If you have a plumbing issue, I would definitely consider Prodigy.

I had several places quote me for a whole new water heater unit. Rest assured it was just the heating element that needed replace because it was as old as the house and was covered in build up from hard water! Would have costed me a lot more money had I trusted some other companies who will be receiving a much different review. Not to mention, the team here with PlumbingPro are very nice and to the point, charismatic and lively. Other companies’ employees are very robotic and really make it feel like a burden to be helping. All round VERY impressed with these guys. I’ll be calling them for all my plumbing needs!

Brian & Eli were great! Also there’s elements of the customer experience that I really appreciated, text notifications on appointments confirmation and notifications when they’re on the way. They send you photos of the technicians, so you know who you’re meeting. All small things that’s really enhanced the customer experience that most companies don’t do.

Had a leak from upstairs shower going to bottom room, called and they were out asap. Technician was excellent and fixed the problem quickly. Service was exceptional!

Brian came today to flush my water heater and went over and above anything I would’ve expected. In fact, he did a whole house plumbing inspection and did a small repair on my kitchen sink that I have been needing to have done for a while. He was very personable and professional, explained everything he was doing and any adjustments that needed to be made. The price was more than fair. I will be a repeat customer.
