Excellent experience! Recommended by a neighbor who had used their services. and contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing - asked for Graham. Ms Holt was so kind and attentive to my need, explained the process for the appointment so there would be no surprises. She was able to schedule Graham for the next day and their system kept me aware of timing of arrival.
Graham showed up and was personable and respectful and asked all the right questions and inspected the water damage to determine the source of the leak - explained what he needed to do and when the issue was not clear cut - kept evaluating until the issue was discovered. Immediately fixed the issue and cleaned up prior to his departure. Kind, personable and patient. Will definitely use Benjamin Franklin again and certainly hope to call on Graham for non emergent Issues in the future. Highly recommend!

We called Benjamin Franklin plumbing at 1 o clock this afternoon for a small emergency plumbing issue. The receptionist told us it would be a window of 4-6 pm until the technician arrived, but within 2 hours the technician was on site and ready to handle the issue at hand! Just wanted to give you guys some praise for being so quick and efficient on getting out here and getting our situation fixed! (Also Matt is an absolute boss at his job, explained everything we needed to know and set a high standard for your company)
Yall have earned a customer for life!!

The plumber John who came to fix our leaky shower was great. He arrived promptly on time, was courteous and fixed the problem in no time.

That being said, Ben Franklin’s prices are ridiculously high. It was over $500 to fix a dripping shower. If I hadn’t already payed the $100 arrival fee, I would have gone with someone else. I will be finding someone cheaper next time.

Matthew was very personable. He answered all our questions. He offered options and suggestions. He helped us select the best water heater option for us. Surprisingly, he installed the water heater the same day he arrived, unlike some we've dealt with before who had to order parts and do the job with a followup visit. It was a very professional and pleasant transaction.

Quentin was very knowledgeable and honest and very thorough in walking us through our options. All around the entire staff was extremely friendly and easy to work with, and they showed up early! Communication on day of service is very thorough, I was able to receive text and emails on when the tech was going to be en route to our location

Austen was here within about 90 minutes of my call. He immediately recognized the problem (a leak in an outside hose bib) and found a second pinhole leak that I wasn’t aware of. He did a great job quickly. He is very pleasant and communicated well. If we have another problem I’ll ask for Austen.

John was great and very friendly and fixed the spigot quickly. He was here in under 24 hours after I called. I have always had good success with Ben Franklin.

Great service today for a repair in a rental property's kitchen sink. I was out of town, but Graham let me know he was on his way-then called to discuss the repair and tell me the cost- and then completed the job in an efficient and professional manner. Highly recommend!

We’ve worked with Benjamin Franklin Plumbers a few times since purchasing our home 6 months ago, and have worked with Colton twice. Each time he’s been super helpful, patient in answering my (many) questions, and we’ve been very happy with the outcome and the price. We would never use another provider, because of how happy we are with this company.

Gary was prompt, friendly and so knowledgeable. Our fix was minor, thank goodness, but he made us feel at ease and charged us accordingly. We will definitely request him again for our plumbing needs!

Great value. The team that did my job was very detail oriented. I am highly impressed and will use them again in the future.

Bought a house that had a water heater installed by Benjamin Franklin. Since it looked like a very poor job, I called an asked them to come out. Their service manager arrived quickly and was certainly a nice a person, but they clearly did as minimal a job as possible. They also let a tenant make installation decisions instead of talking to the actual owner of the home and now the exhaust of the water prohibits the garage door from opening. They wrote a note that says "not responsible for damage from garage" instead of simply doing the job correctly. Would absolutely not recommend any one use this company if they want it done correctly.

On the morning we were supposed to get the ductwork underneath our house replaced the heating/cooling guys discovered a leak which prevented them from doing anything until it was fixed. I called five places and Benjamin Franklin was the only one that could send someone to our place within a couple of hours. Matt made the repairs quickly and professionally. Great experience!

We have used Ben Franklin Plumbing in the past and always been very pleased with the outcome.
Recently, my wife noticed fluctuations in the water pressure and it just seemed weaker than it should have been. Last weekend, we noticed a small leak near the house water main shut off valve and scheduled and appointment. The scheduling process was easy and the person I spoke with was very helpful.
Austen arrived a couple of minutes early and is an excellent technician. He took the time to explain what was going on and the possible outcomes.
His diagnostic approach was spot on and we now have a working pressure valve that doesn't leak and strong water pressure again!
Since he was here, we asked about replacing our old kitchen faucet and he had the perfect replacement. We could not be more satisfied or any more happy with the outstanding work!
