Lisa was incredibly helpful in the showroom, she really took the time to listen to what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect match for our home. When it came to the installation, Doug was fantastic. He was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his craftsmanship. The floors look great and the whole process was stress-free. We’ll definitely be using them again!

Working with Ashley has been amazing. First floor of my house flooded due to busted pipes and this has been a great experience for me. He kept me updated daily on what occurred at my house and was onsite daily. I had the best experience and he was available to answer all my questions and helped me with the process. Josh Cole and his initial crew were all amazing when our office flooded.
ServPro got them to our office pretty quickly.
They did a great job setting up the equipment and cleaning up the offices as well as communicating with me.

The follow up crew the next day were Mike, Javier & Andres. These guys showed up for 3 days to check the status of the equipment and to make certain everything was drying properly. They kept me informed on the process of the work they were doing. I was very pleased with ServPro and the outstanding job they did for Urbanex in Nashville.

Dorian, Taylor and Evan were incredible after we had a basement flood. They were prompt in arriving, worked diligently in removing the water damaged flooring and were respectful of salvaging baseboards! They set up dryers quickly and monitored for us the following several days. Serve Pro process is seamless and their crew is extremely professional. If you are needing a company for water damage restoration & remediation, SERVPRO of Sumner County is your go to! I had a leak a month ago and they took care of everything from remediation, demolition, reconstruction, and everything with insurance. Dakota was my first call and he made sure everything went perfectly the entire time.

I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received. Each team member was extremely professional, and kept the project on track. There wasn't a single time I had any concerns with the quality or work, or when work would be performed.

In April I had a second floor washing machine drain malfunction and the water drained out onto the floor and went through the ceiling to the first floor. I called Servpro and they were on site within 2 hours. PM Josh Cole's team quickly set up their equipment and did the mitigation and it took Friday through Monday. They took pictures and and did all the paperwork to my insurance company. He set up a plumber to determine where the issue came from.
I chose to have Servpro continue with the construction. PM Jon Zwart did a walk through and took pictures. He walked me through step by step how the process would go and that he would submit what was needed to the insurance company. Jon went back and forth with my insurance company and fought to get the money necessary to complete the project. PM James Witcher and Chandler oversaw the construction and they were wonderful to work with. I am a single woman in my 50's and do not know anything about construction. I appreciate the effort they all made to help me understand what the process would be and offer suggestions. They were efficient and did great with scheduling sub-contractors like plumbing, LPV, carpet, and painting. I really appreciated how James kept me up to date on what was going on and ensuring we were all on the same page. I work at home and there was very little inconvenience to me and they worked over the weekend to ensure the project was completed quickly. They were all so helpful dealing with my insurance company which was a great help. This could have been a stressful project and they made it feel seamless.

Andre &Tayler did a great job assessing our damage and removing the wet areas. They set up blowers and cleaned up as much as possible. Of course, much more work to be done.

Andres and Dylan were efficient, professional, and easy to work with. They arrived and began the job promptly. A pipe had come loose underneath the house necessitating cleanup. By the end of the job, you couldn’t tell anything had happened! Perfect resolution.

Eryn, is a great asset to Servpro. She is very attentive to customers questions and concerns.
