On a recent Sunday afternoon I found myself washed out of my place of residence due to a small fire and very exuberant sprinklers. After a visit to the emergency room I was advised I would be living elsewhere for the foreseeable future with no immediate access to clothes, personal possessions, etc. (except for my elderly dog) I am also a very senior citizen. Many decisions to be made quite rapidly. Luckily I was blessed with accommodations for myself and my dog. However, all essentials for daily living were still sitting in water, smoke and debris. I was advised to get in touch with Serv Pro of Hendersonville. Best advice ever. When one is overwhelmed with decisions to be made ASAP, the words "We've got this, don't worry" are music to the ears and Serv Pro came thru. Picked up all things salvaged from the fire and safely stored at their facility. Needless to say, I soon got in touch, being desperate to retrieve a few things. Anna immediately put me at ease, saying of course you may come over. A few days later I made my way over and was delighted with my reception. Anna introduced me to Gisela and Thaima who set to work showing me where my things were stored and making sure I was comfortable while they worked. They were very patient and understanding of my wants and needs as they started bringing items for my inspection. They treated me like an old friend and I consider them my good new friends. Anna, Gisela and Thaima are part of a great group, including Crystal, Travis, Chris, Kerigan, Taylor and Eryn. Hope I didn't miss anyone. Meanwhile, they are keeping my possessions safe until I need them with an extended invitation to call anytime I need them. If ever you are in need of a group of friendly, energetic, efficient and just all around good guys standing willing and able, just call Serv Pro. You won't be disappointed.

Servpro came to our rescue when a dishwasher leak jumpstarted our kitchen and downstairs floor renovation. From the start Dorian and his team were very knowledgeable dependable drying and mitigating the damage.

John was a pro at dealing with our claims adjuster, and planning and managing all of the dates and details to minimize our inconvenience.

Ashley helped me pick out flooring and made sure everything went smoothly, he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the installation, and that everything was perfect.

Servpro of Sumner County is helping me with pack out and storage, mitigation and rebuild after the 4/5/25 storms caused a very large tree to fall into the middle of my house. He is friendly, professional, communicated with us every step of the renovation process, and got our renovation done fast, and they did an excellent job! I hired ServPro of Sumner County to do a deep clean of my garage. I recently inherited the house and my mom had carpet in there because she used to do a lot of arts and crafts. Over the years, it’d gotten absolutely disgusting and I wanted it out and for the whole garage to be deep cleaned.

From the initial estimate with Josh Cole to the scheduling with Anna in their office to the actual techs who came out to perform the work… the entire process was easy, efficient and the cost was reasonable.

On the day of service, Andre's and Travis arrived right on time and immediately got to work. They were extremely friendly and diligent about making sure the job was done right. They were thorough, efficient and answered every question I posed while they worked. When done, they made sure I was satisfied, shook hands and left for their next job.

After our water heater bursted and flooded part of our home, Servpro was able to come to the rescue within just a few hours, even being on a Sunday. The team was very thorough and efficient. Excellent company with honest staff and employees. I called Neal for a estimate for a new roof. Neal contacted me back, post inspection, and inquired about why I wanted or felt I needed a new roof. I expressed visible issues that were apparently not issues at all. Neal advised me that unless I just wanted a new roof he would not suggest it at this time. All of this after two competitor companies had given us quotes for a new roof without disclosing the lack of current need for a new one. One of my concerns was addressed with a quick and minor repair for a very fair price. When a company declines a profitable job because they are fair and honest that is about as upstanding as it gets. I know which company WILL get the job when I am truly in need. Thanks Sumner Roofing!!

Nov 29, 2024 Update - Our electric bill is 1/2 of what it was this time last December after the tornado. Thank you Neal at Sumner Roofing for the excellent install of these High Impact Windows from PlyGym. Sept 11, 2024 - New windows installed by a skilled craftsman, Frank. Our home was loud inside with the lowest decibel reading at 34 because of A/C unit and traffic noise. Neal ordered the windows we wanted, PlyGym 1500 impact windows. The decibel reading in the house is now at 24-what a difference. We can see the traffic driving by but we can't hear it! We could not be happier with the color, the windows and the installation. Thank you for making our home more livable. Good company.

2017-New Roof, new gutters - great job - held up on tornado day 12/9/23!

2006 I never saw the man who fixed our gutters and cleaned them. The price was fair, the service was awesome. I called, she scheduled it, someone did the work, I received the bill with no surprises. Thank you I will call again.

The crew at Sumner Roofing replaced our 17 year old roof in May of this year. The roofing crew did an exceptional job. They called the day before to see if they could arrive an hour earlier than usual, due to the extreme heat we were having. They arrived at 6:00AM and worked all day through the heat and finished around 7:15 that evening. The roof looks fantastic and their pricing was very competitive in comparison to the other bids I obtained. Sumner Roofing's extended warranty is in a class by itself. I would highly recommend Dale at Sumner Roofing, his staff, and his crew!!

Excellent customer service! We had a small job repairing a boot from the exhaust on our roof. Even with their busy schedule from storms they were out here and repaired it within a week. The next rain I heard a dripping in the master bedroom. I called and Andrew came out that same afternoon in-between his scheduled appointments and checked it for us. I highly recommend Sumner Roofing.

Very pleased with the work done. Crew was great and left the work site spotless. I do caution everyone to do their due diligence when it comes to billing. We had agreed to move forward with additional work but had to cancel it as we were informed, after our bill was paid and we received a paid in full receipt, that they forgot to put a charge on our bill and that we still owed money. (This was awhile back) Then today, we received a bill for nearly $15k for work that wasn't even done on our home. They sent the bill to the wrong address. So, while the work is great, their billing department needs some attention.

Sumner Roofing & Exterior did a small gutter job on my residence. Couldn't be more pleased. It was done in a timely manner, with good communications.

At Madison Christian Church we could not be happier than we are with Sumner Roofing & Exteriors. They did absolutely amazing work and dealt fairly and honestly with us. They are exceedingly skilled and when they were finished there wasn't a shred of evidence they had even been here except for a very nice looking roof. Their price was not the cheapest or most expensive but very fair. A couple of guys in our church had heard very good things about them. So we went with them and we thank God that we did. We would recommend them without hesitation.

We had a new roof and skylights installed by Sumner Roofing. From the estimate to the finished product, we were kept informed at each step of the entire process. We were extremely pleased with everyone involved from Sumner Roofing, all of whom were exceedingly professional and very detailed. All materials are high quality and the installation process was quite smooth. They protected our landscaping and were very careful with everything.
