Sumner Roofing and Exteriors recently replaced the windows in our home. The workmanship and timing for the job was excellent. The windows look great!…This is a very trustworthy company to work with!…I will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Dale and his team did a great job on our full home window install. They were thorough, responsive, and overall just pleasant to work with on the project.

Excellent communication between all points of contact, from initial visit; estimate request; financing; contact explaining the cost estimate; scheduling; pre-visit checks; explanation of what is going to happen on the day of installation. They were punctual, courteous and hard working. They finished the residential metal roof in one day. It looks beautiful. They did a thorough clean up at the end of the day.
Pricing was also better than all of the others. I’d hire them again if I needed another roof.

We’ve used Sumner Roofing for two roofs and gutter work. From the start to finish, sales to install, they have always been great to work with. We have used other companies prior to Sumner Roofing, but we wouldn’t consider anyone else moving forward as long as we live in their service area.

Sumner Roofing did a top notch job from start to finish on replacing our roof! Justin did an excellent job overseeing the crew making sure everything was done correctly. The crew was amazing! The came very early & worked non stop! And when finished they made sure everything was totally cleaned up & used magnets to locate any stray nails throughout our entire yard! I researched this company well before using them & trust me when I say they are truly the number one roofing company! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know! They took every bit of stress away from me that large jobs like this can bring!

Had my roof replaced last week by Sumner Roofing. They did the entire job in one day. Excellent work excellent quality and most of all excellent cleanup! Definitely recommend this company for Roofing needs.

Quick response to initial phone call, diagnosed problem before leak in roof caused more damage, and replaced faulty roof hardware to include color matching hard-to-find tiles afterwards so as to blend in with original roofing. My experience with Sumner Roofing was disappointing.

I initially contacted them about a roof leak and was open from the beginning to discussing full replacement if that was the appropriate solution. Instead, I was advised to proceed with a repair.

On the day of the repair, they texted asking if they could come out. I was unavailable at the time and did not see the message, and the repair was completed without receiving confirmation from me.

I requested photos documenting the repair and did not receive them until approximately six weeks later.

When I returned to the property a few weeks after the repair, the leak was still active in the exact same location. Water was continuing to come through the ceiling where the issue had originally been identified.

After notifying them, they returned to inspect. At that point, I was told the roof had multiple other issues and that I would need a full roof replacement. In other words, I was now facing the cost of both the unsuccessful repair and a new roof.

I requested a replacement estimate, but it took roughly 2–3 weeks to receive it, despite the ongoing leak. Because of the urgency, I contacted another roofing company. They inspected the roof, provided an estimate, and completed the full replacement before I even received Sumner Roofing’s quote. Their price was approximately 15% lower as well.

Although the initial repair did not resolve the leak, I was pursued for payment and ultimately paid the invoice.

Based on the communication delays, the unsuccessful repair, and the overall handling of the situation, I would not use this company again.

I would encourage homeowners to get multiple opinions before authorizing repair work from this company.

I started using Sumner Roofing & Ext for a repair years ago. When it was time for a roof replacement, I selected Sumner Roofing & Ext - The service and work was excellent, so I selected Sumner Roofing & Ext for gutter replacement and gutter screen. Again, easy to work with friendly and professional. When it was time for new windows and after quotes from others, I chose Sumner Roofing and Ext and am glad I did. Did I mention they did a super job on a sidling repair? Thanks to Dale and Ricky and all at Sumner Roofing and Ext.

We had excellent service. The crew was very careful to protect plants & pool. Even jumped into the pool to retrieve trash that had blown in over night. Rain & bad wind came in the night blowing off the protective cover on unfinished area causing some leaking. They came out within an hour to fix it. We would highly recommend Sumner Roofing.
