We bought a new construction home from Suttle Construction in 2011 and recently put the home up for sale only to find that the buyers home inspection discovered structural issues. When I brought it to the attention of the owner of Suttle Construction and asked that he stand behind his work - he explained that my home warranty expired after 1 year and offered the name of supply stores where I could buy materials needed for the repairs. Clearly if it did not pass a home inspection in 2017, it never should have passed a home inspection in 2011 - especially when you are talking about structural issues. I am perusing the issue through other channels but wanted to share my experience so that others who may have bought a home from them could look into possible issues they may be unaware of OR if someone is considering buying a home from them - I would recommend going in another direction. Our experience has not been pleasant.

While looking for a home to buy, we were turned on to building as we were wanting to put our own touch on everything. Patrick and Wendy were absolutely amazing in the whole process. They helped walk us through everything and any time we felt something needed to be changed, Patrick was on the phone making it happen. Patrick and his team built us our "growing old" home and we recommend him to everyone who is the market to build.

Suttle Construction built our home in 2019 and we would definitely choose them again if we were to build another home in the area. The owner, Patrick Suttle, spent countless hours with us before he gave us a detailed cost estimate and agreement to sign to build our home. Patrick was on site to oversee the construction throughout the home building process to ensure our home was built to our specifications.

Patrick and his whole team were great to work with, and very professional. There were several contractors involved in the overall construction and Patrick made sure the work was coordinated so that there were no delays and kept the work flowing. Building approvals of construction steps were coordinated in a timely fashion. Patrick was able to work with us on adhering to our budget and providing us suggestions and options.
The various contractors showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the steps of construction in a timely fashion. They were not only professional at what they did but also reliable and dependable. Standards of construction were met.

Cross Driven Construction did an excellent job with my roof and gutter repair from start to finish! The sales manager came out quickly and explained the problems that were going on. The estimate was detailed and the costs were reasonable. The repair was scheduled promptly, the work and the clean up were impeccable. They were very professional through the whole process. Billy was super helpful with working out all of the insurance details to make sure the entire project was covered to code- even countering the insurance for more payment- which they approved!
