Had the siding and gutters replaced on our house recently with Sumner Roofing. The outcome was beautiful, quality work! Everyone we spoke with through the process was professional and helpful - good customer service all the way around. The only con was that there were a few nails left in our yard and driveway, which is a concern for our cars, kids, and pets. I spoke with the Office Manager about it while giving feedback on our overall experience and she was both sympathetic and helpful, letting me know she would reiterate the need to thoroughly clean up after jobs with the crew. I have used Sumner Roofing for storm damage to my roof and another time for installing flashing on side of house to stop a water leak. They are prompt in responding to calls. Work is done timely and efficiently. I had a question about the results one time. They responded by sending out a crew a second time to make things right. After an explanation, I was happy with the results...They are honest and try hard to satisfy the customer. Their prices are competitive also.

Sumner Roofing was great all around. The quoting process to the final work being done was right on-time, quick, and very, very fair pricing. There were a couple of bumps along the road, which are sometimes to be expected, however Sumner Roofing addressed every item very quickly and very fairly. The are a very honest company that does very high-quality work. I highly suggest using them for your roofing needs.

Very pleased! Professional and non-pushy salesman (Neal Yerkes). Timely delivery of materials and scheduling. Entire roof crew was hard-working (dawn to dusk), polite, respectful and very diligent in ensuring that all debris was cleaned-up. Special compliments to crew boss "T" and Project Manager Dustin Hodge who kept me informed beforehand, answered all my questions, and made sure that everything was done well. And the roof looks great, too! ;-)

For context, I had Sumner install insulated siding and replace my roof. I live in a very old home, and it requires a significant amount of care to repair and maintain the structure of the home. I found that Sumner made sure I was happy. I request a couple follow up fixes and they would show up same day or the next to get it fixed. They have become my go-to for roofing and exterior needs.

Neal and Justin were particularly attentive, communicative, and thorough.

Could not ask for a better experience. Ricky was fantastic working with our insurance company. Dustin and his crew installed a beautiful roof, and clean up? WOW! We did not have to do anything when they were done. Highly recommend!

We are still amazed with the work. The whole crew was polite, quick, quiet as possible. We have 3 fur babies and looked over the yard and you couldn't tell anything had happened. We'll be recommending Sumner Roofing to any/everybody who needs a roof.

We’ve been doing business with Sumner roofing and exteriors for a few years. They have given our house a complete transformation. Our latest project was a new roof.
