Voda of Chattanooga was absolutely the worst experience I could have had as a first time homeowner with one of our first major issues. They did not complete the work correctly, have left my house full of mold and not rectified anything. They took our insurance money and left us to start completely over from scratch with another company. Either they weren't equipped for this big of a job (which they should have spoken up and said something) or just wanted to cash in on our insurance check. Either way they got the money and get got nothing productive from them.

I called them because water was leaking out of my electric socket. They came out the next day and we can to an agreement they would tear up my wall determine where any and all active water leaks were. The following day they tore up roughly 25 feet of my wall and proceeded to tell me there were no active leaks... But that doesn't make sense since water was just leaking out the other day. So they came back out and quickly looked again where they did find one hole in my exterior of my home. But this was on the furthest right side taking up only 5 feet of the 25 feet they tore up that read wet. There is no way this could have wet the other area and this was very low on the wall and there were very high parts wet. They plugged this hole so it would not continue to leak. They treated for mold and replacedy insulation. They assured me there were no other active leaks and they must have been fixed when I replaced windows 6 months prior (but then why were my walls inside still wet) when the insurance inspector came out he also didn't understand how the other 20 feet became wet and was STILL wet.

This greatly messed with the amount insurance paid out. Insurance and Voda could not come to an agreement on the cost to fix my house. Insurance also advised me to get a second opinion before doing the build back and filing for anymore insurance money. They felt Voda was well over priced based on the information they had.

The second opinion took us some time as we ended up really sick. Finally after a few weeks and reaching out to some companies we found someone to come out and do a second opinion on pricing. Upon his inspection he found not only is that 5 foot section still leaking but there are ACTIVE leaks on the 20 foot section that VODA swore there was none. So now all the new insulation is ruined. My walls are full of mold, water is still pouring into my home. Insurance will not pay more as they state this is a workmanship issue and Voda needs to fix it. So here I am at square one. I called the owner Keith Nash who tol me he would call around to get an inspector to help locate the leaks at this point and contact me back by the end of day. That was almost 2 months ago and he never contacted us back.

Please save yourself time, money,l and stress and do not use this company.

Jeff was exceptional. It’s hard to find companies that do what they say and deliver on what they said. These guys do! I will be using them again!

Bradley did a great job on the carpet. We had some bad areas from the dog and the children but it all came clean. He went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased and was very nice to deal with. Thanks for a great job!

Voda of Chattanooga has done exceptional work cleaning our facilities carpeted areas. They were professional, on-time, knowledgeable and efficient. I can't wait for them to come back in 6 months to clean our facility again.

Voda helped us with floor damaged by a refrigerator leak. They dried out the floor and replaced the damaged floor. Keith, Bradley and Devin were great and very professional. They kept us informed throughout the process. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend them.

They quoted me $167 for 3 bedrooms and a living room in a 1,188 sqft house. One of their guys just called to confirm our appointment tomorrow and said it'd be twice as much. So why give the first quote at all??? Just to secure my appointment??? Mind you, neither of them have seen the space. I've only talked to them over the phone. The guy says "ya, but did they tell you that was the minimum?" I said "they said the price could range a bit, but not TWICE AS MUCH." Why even give quotes??? Way way out of the ballpark! Waste of my time

I have used many carpet cleaners but this one surpasses them all. The professionalism displayed was A-1, services rendered was as well. My technician, Keith worker with me diligently from being to end addressing my carpet needs and I am more than satisfied of the jobs, Well Done.

Keith Nash is a blessing of a man! My son was facing the start of college 15 hours from home with a diagnosis of chronic inflammatory response syndrome. In order for him to keep his CIRS fatigue and inflammation down, his living space had to be free from mycotoxins. It is a long and tedious process, sanitizing, and ridding the space from years of buildup. Many companies do not understand the cellular issues with people who are environmentally sick, but not Keith! He worked with our cleaner here in our town, followed the detailed protocol for the AC, furniture, bedding, walls, ceilings and he even found us a flooring company to replace the carpet with LVP. All of this was done before the start of school. My son is now thriving in that room at his college with success. God bless the hard work and dedication of Keith Nash at Voda. We are so thankful!

Keith was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was up front that I wanted an estimate to take to a roofing company to make sure they correctly repaired some mistakes during their roof replacement. Keith, knowing it may not have lead to anything, was great to work with. He was able to come out quickly with moisture meter and a thermal camera to document and provide a thorough plan. He was available afterwards for any questions I had and followed up to make sure the fixes were completed correctly for us (again, even though they weren’t doing the fixes).

Though we only coordinated with Kieth, if we ever need remediation we will be calling Voda Cleaning and Restoration. You want the job done correctly to remedy health or structural concerns from water damage, and I would have gone with Voda if the roofing company wasn’t taking care of the issues correctly.

They did a wonderful job; our carpet looks like it did when it was first installed. They arrived on time, they did a wonderful job, and it was all at a great proce.

I am so super happy about using this carpet cleaning service because of their level of professionalism and quality work. The guys come in they are on time extremely professional, and then as a courtesy they move certain pieces of furniture to ensure that your carpet looks brand new. The carpet in both rooms is about 20 years old and yet they made it look brand new. This is extremely important because I'm in the process of selling my home so I have to make everything look super clean and new. I highly recommend them. Their prices are amazing just like their service!!!!!

Well I can’t speak to their actual
service because they never followed up on giving me a quote after coming out to look at the job. It is a small job to clean the floor and tub tile. A guy came out, looked around, said it would definitely be the minimum charge and he would send an official quote. Still waiting a month later. If a company doesn’t want even the smallest of jobs then I certainly won’t be calling them for my next job. Pretty bad for a start-up company.

We just purchased a house. After the previous owners moved out the dirty carpet jumped out. We tried to clean it but it didn’t work out. Called Voda, Keith was awesome!!! He went far beyond my expectations as I didn’t think anyone could get the dirt out but he did. Carpet looks new. I recommend Voda/Keith to anyone with really dirty carpets.
