Recently, I realized that the water pressure in my house had become very strong at all faucets. In addition, water was on the garage floor underneath the gas water heater. My neighbor recommended that I needed Chattanooga Plumbing Doctor to figure out what is going on. I called Chattanooga Plumbing Doctor, and Doc Brandon told me that he would be at my residence in 10 minutes, informing me he lives nearby.

When Doc Brandon arrived he immediately examined the main water pressure and traced the water flow of my Rain Soft water system. He was shocked to see the existing Pressure Regulator Valve was one of the cheapest models on the market. Upon examination, he discovered it was defective. He went to the local plumbing supply center and returned within 40 minutes and fixed this alarming problem, eliminating other possible points of failure.

Doc Brandon is a top notch professional plumber. He has great people skills and exudes confidence and trust. I would highly recommend him for all plumbing problems.

Had another emergency, and this one was probably from the city jettisoning their lines. All I know is I discovered the problem very late in the day and I was terrified I wouldn't have a working toilet for the night. The Chattanooga Plumbing Doctor got me scheduled, came right over, and fixed the problem in no time. He even cleaned up that horrifying toilet (again, I didn't do it... the city's sewer service did it!). Thank you Chattanooga Plumbing Doctor!!! A+++

The job turned out to be more than he or I expected, but Brandon kept telling me not to worry, I would not have to go overnight without a working bathroom. I am a 77 yo disabled veteran, I have hired many plumbers in my time. I have several issues in this old home and needed some quick assistance, so I called Chattanooga Plumbing Doctor. I got a communication asking if he could come out in about 30 min. not let's set up an appointment for next or next month. This military veteran knows how to treat his customers for sure. He arrived on time. He sat with me and we discussed the issues I was facing in the entire house and several jobs that were in my plans. We prioritized them and he fixed the most critical first. His prices for the hot sweaty crawl space dirty work were amazingly low and reasonable, I felt as if I were taking advantage of him.😆 After the job was complete he once again sat with me on my porch drank some ice water and discussed the next phase of this plumbing job. He was understanding of my budget constraints and we decided on the next critical job and set up a time frame for the next appointment. For the first time in my life I did not feel like prey in the jungle when hirering a professional to help me solve an issue. You will not go wrong with Chattanooga Plumbing Doctor.

Brandon did an excellent job replacing my kitchen faucet. He was friendly, professional and made sure the faucet worked perfectly before leaving. He and his brother work together to cover the Chattanooga and surrounding areas. His brother replaced faucets in the bathroom a few weeks ago and I was very pleased. I will definitely call them for future plumbing needs.

He came very promptly as I had a big leak and did a quick bandaid until he could return and finish the repair within his schedule. Very professional and pleasant. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and call on again if needed.

Deacon responded immediately (on a Saturday late afternoon!)and got us out of a plumbing problem. Great guy and very professional, he even put on shoe covers when he came in the house. He reviewd a couple other plumbing concerns and got us scheduled the next working.

Woke up to a flooded laundry room from a reoccurring issue. Plumbing doctor responded very quickly. Found the cause of the issue and gave me a very agreeable quote and immediately got to work. Very courteous and kept me informed the whole way. Definitely using for any future plumbing needs.

Great service! They were responsive and thorough. It appeared to be one issue, but they continued to check everything and found the true culprit. Repaired it on the spot and charged less than the initial estimate. Very friendly and respectful.

Had an urgent matter late in the evening and they came out the next day. No service call fee and they quoted us up front what the repair would be. Very professional and honest company. Would highly recommend!
