I recently had the pleasure of working with Brandon from Chattanooga Plumbing Doctor, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service provided. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, the customer service was excellent. Brandon was friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive.

Brandon arrived on time and was well-prepared with all the necessary tools. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my leaking water heater boiler and explained the problem and solution in a way that was easy to understand. His expertise was evident as he efficiently repaired the leak and even gave me some helpful tips to prevent future issues.

Overall, I highly recommend Chattanooga Plumbing Doctor and Brandon for any plumbing needs. The quality of work, professionalism, and customer care are truly top-notch. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

The young man was polite & extremely helpful. He fixed my leak quickly. Very appreciative. It was on Memorial Day so it cost more. But I couldn’t let the water keep flooding my kitchen. So it cost more.

Working with Deacon has been excellent. While we had more repairs than anticipated, it is an old house and he did a great job explaining what needed to be done and why. While I'm not a plumber the work looks great! Clean looking installation of new plumbing.

Jeremy was very professional, personable and efficient. The customer service experience was responsive to my needs and kept me updated for arrival time of the technician assigned to repair the water leak. The repair was completed quickly and satisfactorily. However, the PRICE for this repair was unsatisfactory. $525.00 for a 30 minute repair. With all things considered was only approved because this was considered by me to be an emergency.
I pre-approved this cost so to complain to loudly is unwarranted.

Jeremy came out to clean a very clogged shower drain and was professional, courteous, and efficient. He made a few recommendations to counteract future problems and I'll definitely keep them in mind for line replacement in the future. No complaints, felt the price was reasonable for the professional experience and being able to use my shower again during this summer heat. Would recommend!

Chattanooga Plumbing Doctor was fantastic. I had used another company several times before, who had great Google reviews, for my plumbing needs. However this time the other company sent out a new guy to unclog my bath tub drain. He gave up pretty quickly and since we are in the older house where our pipes go through the cement foundation he said that we would have to jackhammer up the floor, costing thousands. We decided to call another plumber and chose Chattanooga Plumbing Doctor. Jeremy came out and was able to free the clogged drain to our relief. The lesson learned for us was even though a company might have great Google reviews it really comes down to the experience of the person that comes out to do the repair. You might be paying for a person that is new on the job, can't solve your problem adequately like an experienced person could, closing out your work order so they can move on to another job for the day to make more money. Highly recommend, me and my husband had an issue with some new flooring that impacted a leak in our toilet. Chattanooga plumbing doctor walked us through the issue and fixed the problem in no time. Brandon was great! He arrived early after making a call to make sure it was ok to come. He replaced a garbage disposal for us and did a great job. He made sure there were no leaks from the pipes and had us start the dishwasher and drain it to make sure that was ok too. He also replaced a flapper and handle for one of our toilets. I would highly recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs. We appreciated his reasonable prices.

We had some strange thing happening with our plumbing coupled with very high water bills. Brandon was quick to respond and come out to troubleshoot our issues. He made me aware of the issues, asked for authorization to complete the work. No more issues or high water bills

My technician was phenomenal? He came out when he said he was going to and called to let me know when he was 30 minutes away. He was very professional and did an excellent job. He gave a reasonable estimate and completed the job in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Chattanooga Plumbing Doctor to handle your plumbing repairs. I had another company come out and give me an estimate of $1400 which was beyond ridiculous. Thank you Brandon for being an honest technician.

My experience with my installer was excellent. The installation was great best experience I will recommend him to all my friends, friendly experience on time best all-around experience for my situation, which Was a dire situation because my water heater was leaking from the bottom he came right over and installed a new water heater very quickly. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Brandon was very articulate with the plumbing service he done today. Very professional!! It’s very comforting to find someone you can believe in involving a repair like this. I will be recommending him ever chance I get. Had a little problem overnight but Brandon was Johnny on the spot took care of problem and hopefully we’re in good shape.
