Giving five stars because the team that did the installation (shout out Nick and team) were thorough and great at explaining. The initially recommended system did not address all of our issues and it was a frustrating process to get back on the schedule; however, we were able to get moved up due to a cancellation. The adjustments they made seem to have resolved our issues and the work was well done. Two recommendations to future customers: 1) Make sure with your initial evaluation you are very clear where problem areas are so you can get the most specific solution possible. 2) Communicate follow-up issues with your project manager who was on site. They have the best understanding of what's going on and it is more streamlined than trying to go back through customer service. Overall, I have to go 5 stars because the install team was excellent and they were willing to go the extra mile to extend the system to cover all the leak points.

The crew that carried out the construction on my project; Joshua, Isaiah, and Cristian were really outstanding. The work they performed was professional and quick. I couldn't have asked for a better job. Thank you to these guys and your staff at the office. If these are the caliber of employees you retain it is no wonder you've been in business so long. I would highly recommend your company and especially this crew. I have also left a review on BBB. Once again thank you.

I had Frontier lift and repair an old concrete pad behind my house that had settled, causing water to enter my crawl space. I cannot say enough good things about this company. James came out to assess the site and was very communicative and timely. He took his time explaining the repair process and different options, and I felt very well informed making my choice in level of repair. The scheduling department was also very communicative and made several offers to move up my previously scheduled repair, which I appreciated. On day of repair, Michael and Tyler explained the process once again, were very respectful of the property and left the space looking fantastic. The repair went well, and the pad now sheds water away from the house and cracks were sealed well. I would hire this company again without hesitation!

Despite difficulty about getting a gas leak fixed, Justin's crew got all the planned word done in one day. They did a thorough job. It looks great

House was built in 1979 and had some settling that had created cracks and other issues. Benji and his team with Chris and Dylan did a great job. They were all very professional and respectful when dealing with us and let us see the process along the way. I feel sure the job was done right and will last.

From the initial meeting with Adam E, to the repair work done by Isai & Joshua, Frontier was professional, respectful, friendly, and efficient.

Michael and stephan did a wonderful job on my concrete driveway. Repaired all the cracks and stabilized my entire driveway and garage. Would recommend again.

Outstanding job! Zack J., Nate F., James M., & Zach B. were courteous, professional & explained every step that they would be doing. The clean up was perfect and they even cleaned up down limbs from the previous night’s storm. This crew is great. Highly recommend them.

The two gentlemen Brandon and Rafael that worked on raising our porch were very professional and did a wonderful job. Even though they ran into issues they could not work around they explained it to us very well. I love that there are still individuals with integrity and pride in their work. Ben Goodvich arrived at my on time. My concerns were settlement related. He answered all questions thoroughly and provided me with a few options. I recommended Frontier to all who had concerns regarding foundation and crawlspace!!

Nick T as foreman, and Zach S and David D as assistants where professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Even though they ran into unforeseen difficulties building my driveway drain, they were patient and flexible. I would recommend Nick, his crew and Frontier Foundations and Crawl space to anyone.

Josh Miller was my project foreman... what a great guy! Communicated frequently and kept me up to date on progress. Hector, Lance, and Marcos were also very dependable and professional. They did a great job on my crawl space and vapor barrier. Appreciate all their hard work!

Long story short, I'm a very unsatisfied customer of five years and running. That said, I received the best service ever from Lucas Bardo, today. Great technical service as well, as a great ability to deal with an unhappy customer who just received a $2000 bit of bad news, that should have never been an issue. To top it off he left my crawl space looking like new. This guy is ready for a promotion!

While our work has yet to be performed, just wanted to say we were impressed with James’ site visit to our home. He was very professional, stayed on task, thoroughly explained the pier system and process, and suggested optional solutions for our structural issues. Very impressed with this company.

Very pleased with the crew of Austin, Jake, Xavier and Thomas with Frontier along with Ricky my sales representative. Our driveway & sidewalk project ended up looking very nice. This crew provided excellent communication and top notch service. They were on time, detailed, courteous, efficient and kept me informed throughout the project. I wish I had some previous pictures, but my driveway had caved in over 12" due to erosion, and they were able to restore it to almost like-new condition.

I just had a new trench drain installed around the rear perimeter of my home by Frontier foundation and crawlspace repair; water was entering the familyroom as well as my crawlspace. I gotta tell ya, Benji B., Cristian M. and Chris D. were awesome. Their professionalism, focus and dedication for getting the job done is exceptional. I'd highly recommend this company and especially this crew for your foundation and crawlspace needs. They are truly " All Things Basementy!"

James Cothran recently provided us with an estimate for some work we need done to our crawl space. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and thoroughly answered all of our questions to ensure we had a comprehensive understanding of the services we are considering. I was impressed by how transparent and forthright James was as a Frontier representative. When we have these services done, we will definitely use Frontier.

Scheduling a appointment was very easy. One call and it was scheduled the next day. All communications exceeded all of expectations.

Reed Pimental called yesterday afternoon to set up todays appointment. He gave times for calls and arrival. He was on time for each and everyone. Great start to his visit.

He did a very detailed review of our concerns and then went about his evaluation of our craw space and then gave us a complete explanation of his findings and recommendations. My wife and I were able to make a decision quickly which saved us a little money. Seems to be a great organization with wonderful people.
