This is the second time we have used Frontier for foundation repair and protection. The service is always fast and friendly, everyone we worked with was really knowledgeable. Hunter F, got us going with a quote and helped us get our scheduling right, Tony and Stephen R. Came out and completed the work in a little under a day and a half. Excellent work and excellent company.

Had crawlspace encapsulation on 37 year old house. Looks great ,sealed ,clean and professional. Thanks so much to Will, Jake, and Elijah for their hard work expertise and great job explaining everything... Would highly recommend Frontier. Thanks again. 11/12/25 Electrician Joseph come out today to wire in the dehumidifier. Was very nice guy, professional and polite. A pleasure to meet young men like him these days. Thanks to him and all Frontier staff . Highly recommend them.

Freddy Sing came out and fixed the leak in our crawl space. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. I will personally ask for him again for any future service needs! I highly recommend Frontier for water issues in your crawl space or basement.

I contracted Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair to both level my garage slab and stabilize the foundation of a home add-on. A crew was sent for each job.
The slab level job was efficiently done with very satisfactory results. The crew consisted of Michael Rogers and Stephan A. Both of them were very good at their jobs and excellent to work with. Job completed and cleanup put the garage back to normal. Couldn't have asked for a better result.
The foundation job was more complicated, therefore required the services of Sean Seely, Jake P. and Van P.. All three were excellent to work with. The job took a week with about 3 days of preparation of the site, a day of prepping for the lift, and a day to complete the lift and clean up the site. The results of the effort was to my satisfaction and I feel that the issue I had was solved.

The work crew arrived at the scheduled time and job foreman Fernando Mendoza gave me a complete breakdown of what was being done. After inspecting my crawl space Fernando and his workers (Alex and Elija) set to work. They were fast, the workmanship was very good and cleaned up completely making sure everything was in place. Before leaving they had me inspect their work to my satisfaction and made sure I had all the information and paperwork I needed. It was a very good experience with Frontier.

Reed came out and gave us an estimate on our craw space. He was very Professional and informative about his job. He took the time to answer all of our questions that we had.

Michael was very professional. Although our job was unique, Michael was honest that the lifting and repair was not a fix to my issue.
I appreciate a company that looks out for their customer not just doing a job.

My initial point of contact was Caitlin. When I called to inquire, she was very thorough and detailed. She answered all of my questions. She was my reason for choosing this company over its competitors. James was our next point of contact. Great communication, punctual, and professional. He offered several options. We agreed on one. Our project is scheduled for a month out. We look forward to them starting and fixing our uneven walkway. I will update my review after completion. So far so good. 👍

Update December 30th, 2025
I have a good update to report! Today two members of Frontier Foundation repair came. Their names were Brandon Stephens and Bryson. Very good attention to detail. I received an email the night before verifying the appointment. I received a phone call the morning of with an ETA. They were there exactly when they said they would be.
They walked me through the job description. They were there to fix a cracked and sagging sidewalk that was a trip hazard. At each stage of the job, they would show their progress. This occurred several times during the day. They provided great and informative updates.
Brandon and Bryson were professional, left the job site clean, and provided great information. This was an all-around wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this team. They were very effective.

So far, we have had a great experience with Frontier! Even from the beginning, everyone we have spoken to has been very kind and professional. The specialist we have been working with, Chris Hull, has kept great communication, keeping us informed with calls the day before and on the day of our appointment. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable as we talked through different solutions to fix the flooding my husband and I have had in our driveway. Chris was also eager to answer any questions that I had.

Chris was very respectful and transparent about any possible concerns he noticed, and offered clear solutions. This really stood out to my husband and I, especially after previous disappointing encounters with other contractors. I'm excited to update my review with photos once the project is complete!

UPDATE: They arrived right on time and called beforehand to let us know they were on their way. Our new driveway drainage looks great, they were quick, and they spoke with us beforehand to confirm the details of the project. I will attach pictures! (Disregard the cracks in the driveway. Those were there previously and repaving the driveway is a future project). Thank you guys!!

Nick, Zack S. and David D. Did a great job installing our basement system. They kept us informed of their progress and a few small issues that came up (they took care of those, too). After installation, they cleaned up after themselves, mopping the worst of the dust out.

I had my crawl space encapsulated about five or six years ago after shockingly high humidity readings and growth of some bad stuff on the joists. I believe I posted about it before -- I was very pleased -- but in this review I want to focus on the ongoing service of my encapsulation, sump pump, and dehumidifier and, in particular, the amazing job and customer service by Lucas Bardo.

I pay $15 a month for the Frontier Club maintenance plan and it is well worth it. Lucas comes out every 9 months to check the system, fix any tears in the encapsulation because invariably other people who have to fix things in the crawlspace tear it up. Lucas knows I love a neat and tidy encapsulation (I spend a lot of time down there for one reason or another) and he always makes sure to clean up footprints since it seems to rain every time he comes out and it is a bit muddy to get under there.

I have a super busy schedule and I can't always be there when Lucas comes out, but he knows my house and the system and I trust him to come and do whatever needs to be done without my presence at the house. That is a rare service person these days indeed!

And, I seem to have been a bit cursed when it comes to my dehumidifier, but Lucas comes out at no charge every time something goes wrong with it even if if is "off schedule". Earlier models of the dehumidifier like my original unit were notoriously buggy, but Lucas has fixed it or swapped it out as needed. Frankly, he has taken care of it free of charge longer than I expected. And he always comes out on very short lead time.

Finally, everyone at Frontier is just as nice and friendly as can be. You can just tell it is a small business that takes pride in customer service.

I am very happy with Frontier and the work they performed leveling / stabilizing the concrete on our pool deck. Brandon S. and Bryce S. were awesome. They communicated before, during, and after completing the work in a way that was effective and easy to understand. Frontier as a company was very easy to work with (from the initial estimate thru completion) and I would highly recommend them to anyone. THANK YOU, for doing a great job!

Chris did a fantastic job! He had a friendly personality and explained everything he inspected. He’s a great addition to the team. We would love to have him as our consistent technician.

Brock Cumings came to our home regarding wet crawl space issues. He arrived on time, very polite and informative
He inspected the crawl space, took numerous quality pictures and explained exactly what we needed answering questions as we proceeded. He worked up an excellent brochure and then gave us detailed information and cost estimates. Just a super nice guy with our needs always at the top of our discussion.

James Cochran came today to give me an estimate on my driveway repair.. he was very professional from the start. I was very impressed with his thorough explanation of what could be done to repair my driveway and gave me three options. I greatly appreciate the history of the company and the good works it does for the community and the support of its employees. Thank you James!!!

Both William and Jared were super nice and professional. They were finished with the soda blasting in no time. Looks like brand new wood underneath.

I am compelled to express my disappointment and would not recommend this company. Despite my initial confidence in their services, they have lost my trust. The company has recently notified me of an additional installation requirement in my crawlspace, incurring extra costs, which was not communicated by the salesman during the estimation, the foreman during installation, or the service technician who addressed the issues. It was only through the intervention of another service technician that I became aware of the necessity for a comprehensive encapsulation to reduce utility bills and prevent rodent infestation. I am dismayed by the oversight of this critical detail by multiple representatives. Moreover, I have incurred additional expenses to repair my HVAC ductwork, damaged by rodents in my crawlspace after the encapsulation. I will hopefully find a company to make these repairs after it’s taken Frontier 8 months to discover the issues and address my concerns.

This is Day 2 of my first encounter with Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair. The crew today is Nick Tuttle (job foreman), Zach S. And Hayden H. They wasted no time in unloading the truck and staging and prepping the work area. Nick gave me a brief rundown about what the day would look like. All members of the team were very professional and friendly, and answered any questions that I had. They worked very efficiently and completed the basement waterproofing project. Nick paid great attention to the details of the task that he had.They finished the job well and cleaned and swept the area of all debris.
I would recommend Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair to whoever may need their help.

Fantastic and super quick service! I was told by Chad that they'd be able to schedule me in two weeks, but then got a call that they had bumped up our crawlspace encapsulation to the following day. Jackson M. , Devonta, and Alex Bravo were all super nice and respectful. They gave us a call in advance to let us know when they were arriving, and an update call at the end of the day to let us know they were leaving. Finished in 1.5 days. Now our crawlspace is white gloved, smells clean, and most importantly, our house feels better on the inside now that the humidity levels are stable - even when it rains outside! Extremely happy with the speed and professionalism of service.

Nick Green was absolutely fantastic to work with. He inspected my home thoroughly and clearly explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and very reassuring.

The best news — and what I appreciated most — is that he confirmed my home’s foundation is structurally sound . In other words, my house is in good shape and there are no structural issues to worry about, which gave me tremendous peace of mind.

Nick was honest, professional, and did not try to upsell or exaggerate problems. Instead, he clearly explained what was normal, what was not a concern, and offered practical, reasonable recommendations focused on simple maintenance and water management — not costly or unnecessary repairs.

If you’re a homeowner looking for a trustworthy expert who tells you the truth and truly has your best interest in mind, I highly recommend Nick Green. I would confidently work with him again and refer him to friends and family ！

I recently had used them on a repair job on a property I own. Sunny and Ricky were very professional. The level at which they operate is far superior than industry standards. Sunny checked all the boxes on project schedules , job details and all other information that is needed to make a job easier for feild support. Ricky was very informed about the job before it started and he is also very knowledgeable with the trade. He not only explained in layman's terms about the process he also knows the science behind it all. So I would highly recommend this company for your projects as well. Great job guys and girls!
