Great folks to work with, they came out to do the estimate, allowed me to make changes to the layout, and provided me with different options to make my fence perfectly fit my needs. The install crew was exceptional. They showed up early and completed the project to specifications in under 4 hours! It had rained, so there was mud, but they kept the area as clean as possible and cleaned up afterwards. They even tied the fence back into my retaining wall with some custom work that I wasn't even expecting. I would highly recommend these folks and will use them again. Price was within what I was expecting and I feel it was fair for the project.

The installers were extremely kind and worked hard to get through my Rocky ground. The person that measured was professional and very kind and came out during the installation to make sure everything was going well.

Update: Decided to add a couple photos of the priblems that werent ever fixed. At this point its been about a year and they've come out twice to "fix" problems so far. Meant to do this when they came out to "fix" the problems. It seems they replaced the bad boards with even worse boards. But the main problem is the nails they left hanging out while my kids and dogs play in the back. After they came back out, there appears to be even more nails just sticking out and the ones I had pointed out that needed to be fixed, never were. Definitely would not rely on them at this point for anything.

I had my fence put in about 6 months ago. I wanted to give it some time before leaving a review to see how well it would do. The fence itself is still standing. But there are alot of quality issues.

I have a 3 picket board with a wire backing fence. Alot of the staples for the wire, aren't even on the wire. They aren't holding any part of the wire down but instead just put into the board. A good amount of the nails for the boards missed the posts and instead were left hanging out. I myself had to hammer them flat in order for my kids and dogs not to get hurt. Alot of the boards were cracked during installation from where the nails went in. On one of my gates, they cut a board to short. Instead of cutting a new board they just pieced and nailed small random pieces in place to make it look "complete". They also didn't choose the best quality out of the materials that they had. A few of the boards have spray paint on them or have checked more than they should have due to knots that should've been caught when looking at the materials. Tags were also left on boards and the wire and I myself had to remove them even though they were in tight spots. It also felt as though that as soon as I paid, the good customer service went away.

There are only a few positives I can think of. One is they got out here quick after my quote to put the fence up. Two is that again, it's still standing. And last the crews were nice.

To summarize it, I expected better quality when I paid almost $15k for the fence. In the end, if I could go back, I'd go somewhere else and pay a little more but for far better quality. So if you have the option to pay a little more somewhere else, I'd do that. When I need a new fence, I will not be returning to Tim's.

I will update this again when it's been a year.

I had a bad experience with another local contractor getting a 400' privacy fence installed at our home. After having multiple issues with the gates that were installed, I contacted John at Tim's Fencing to see if he could help me out with a quote to replace both gates. I was afraid that the price would be very high because Tim's is so reputable, and because I didn't use them for the rest of the fence. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price John quoted me, and I am equally pleased with the quality of the install. These guys truly are deserving of a 5.0 rating!!! Installers showed up on time, were friendly, helpful and did a fabulous job! Jayme showed up on the day of the job to go over the location of the fence and although we had a survey and plat map issue with the property line Jayme spent time to ensure that it was done correctly. Gabriel, one of the installers made sure I was happy all along the way. The job was finished in one day as they worked from early morning into early evening. Highly recommend Tim's Fencing!

Tim’s Fencing replaced our fence around our pool last Spring and did an amazing job!! They were professional, reliable, and easy to work with. They also follow up on any repair issues quickly. A special shout out to Jayme Tharpe, who was my initial contact; and also the one I followed up with on repairs.

We had Tim's Fencing install nearly 1100 linear feet of 5 foot tall aluminum flat top fence. From the estimate (Juan was awesome) to project completion, everything was perfect. The crew (5-6 guys each day) started on Monday morning, tearing out our old wood fence and, by Wednesday afternoon, our new fence was installed. They worked smart and hard all day every day. Brett, the foreman, worked right along his team and fielded any questions I had. Their teamwork and camaraderie were evident, as was their skill. Our fence is beautiful and has truly changed the look of our property, and my dogs can't jump this one! I could not be more pleased, and we cannot wait to have them back for phase 2!
