The installation team was there on time, cleaned up their mess and made sure to explain everything before they did it! Kevin, our salesman, was great at making sure we got exactly what we wanted!

Very smooth installation process, Jorge and his team were always on time and very professional. 36 windows installed in 2 days! We have a 1919 house that had original wood windows that were extremely drafty. Once these windows went in (even before the outside trim was done), we saw a night and day difference.

Our experience with Window world was great, starting with Scott, who came out to measure and give a quote. He gave us ideas we didn't think about and at a price that didn't break the bank.

Once ordered, Window world stayed in communication about timelines for install. The crew who installed was quick and efficient, and identified that one of the screens was broken during transit. They quickly ordered another one and that will be installed shortly.

Sales person answered all my questions and was prompt with the quote. Windows were delivered earlier than quoted. Installers arrived on time and were fast with the installation. They did a great job and I was very happy with the work. Looks good!

Installers were very friendly. They worked steadily to complete installing 8 windows in one day. Windows are very good quality with many convenient features.

Jonathan and Kaiden did excellent work. They did everything in a very professional manner, and they are also very personable. I highly recommend Window World and these wonderful young men.

The crew arrived early and worked quickly and efficiently like a well-oiled machine! Cleaned and swept up everything when they were finished and hauled all trash and old windows away.

Two years ago we had our roof replaced by them, we came back when we needed the windows replaced. We knew this company has outstanding quality and installation service.
They replaced all the windows in one house in one day!

We replaced all of the windows in our home during our whole house remodel. Window world came out within a couple of days for a quote. Our quote was done and our order was processed quickly and easily. Our order was delivered well before promised. The installers were professional, prompt and clean. Installation was timely and completed quickly. I would recommend them for replacement windows for anyone!!

Had them come out to quote me some windows and doors. Decided to move forward with the door first which was $4,000 and do the windows in about 6 months. Was told to text my credit card number to my representative which I thought was a terrible idea but I did it anyway. Called the store 9 days later to check on progress and was told they never received the go ahead from my representative. This place is the definition of a crooked fly by night company. Please save yourself the hassle I went through and call a company that does not make you text them sensitive financial information.

Edit to add: The female representative I spoke with when I called the office 9 days after I approved work agreed that sending or asking to send credit card information through text was a terrible idea, and there was no record of me approving work. She asked if I would like a new representative to come out and re quote the job. To this I answered yes and shared my concerns and distrust with the previous representative. Less than 10 minutes later the original representative called my phone and said “if you want the door it’s still $4,000” beyond unprofessional. All I was trying to do was make some repairs to my house. Window World turned it into some big fiasco, I feel embarrassed for your company the way this situation was handled.

We had some windows replaced by Window World a few years ago and have been happy with them. Today we met with Kevin Groce to have more replaced. We’re happy with the price, quality, and service of Window World. Kevin made the process of ordering more windows easy and we enjoyed talking to him.

This is the first time we committed ourselves to getting more than one bid on having our old leaky French doors replaced with sliding glass. I'm sure glad we did. Window World had the best price and the salesperson was very knowledgeable about the product. Both the upstairs and downstairs doors were installed the same day (a nice surprise)! The doors have really opened up the view to our back yard and they slide so easily they almost open and close by themselves. The financing made it easy to afford so we didn't have to go through another winter with doors that were cold and wouldn't stay shut. I will not miss the arguments about who didn't shut the door all the way either. You have first dibs if and when we replace our siding, which is another story....

I had some old wood windows and an entrance door replaced in my garage. Everything went well. The install looks better than expected and the installers did it all in one day. Very pleased with the whole process and will call them again next time I need more windows.

His communication was great with me coordinating the appointment and thoroughly inspecting all my windows, as well as demonstrating his excellent skills caring about the product performing and reviewing the maintenance of it, the install of window and measurement for replacements!
