The team from Earthadelic was amazing. From the beginning, they helped us envision what our yard could look like without trying to add much cost to the project. Our porch replacement and yard fencing project looked great with an addition of a paver walkway. They proactively communicated with us every step of the way so we knew what to expect and when. The team worked well together and provided us with a beautiful result! Earthadelic will be our first call for any future projects!

We have used Earthadelic several times over the years (landscaping & a smaller renovation), but the latest project was a complete home renovation! A couple of things very important to me - professionalism and communication. They are the best! They communicated with us throughout the entire process and answered all of our emails, texts, and calls promptly. They do it right! We look forward to working with them again. Thank you, Earthadelic!

I do not know where to start and will be adding more to this review in the future. In short, Earthadelic misrepresented the supplies they were using to build a patio cover to be of a higher quality than what they actually used, they committed many installation errors resulting in a faulty drainage solution, they reused old excavated dirt filled with debris and gravel to regrade my yard leaving it full of trash and gravel. I was not able to see the gravel and trash in the yard because of thick straw covering laid down after seeding. When I noticed the numerous problems I contacted the owner Dale. Three times he told me he would come out to my house to inspect the issues but never showed. I have come to realize that my only recourse is legal action to recover some of my losses and reached out to the owner one last time. He informed me that he was unwilling to do anything to help correct any of the problems. I am planning to move forward with legal action against the company. I plan on creating a reddit thread which will include a full discourse of the nightmare I experienced with earthadelic along with testimony from other landscapers who have reviewed the work and neighbors who witnessed the problems. I'll post the link to the thread here once it's available. Below is picture showing where they installed a drain pipe elbow upside down (seep hole should be on the bottom not the top of the elbow) causing standing water in the pipe. The pipe was also installed with a backflow toward the house resulting in eventual flooding at the corner of the house.

As you can see from the owner's response below I've reach out to them numerous times trying to get the issues resolved. One of the key issues is that the owners showed no concerns for the details of operations of the job. Different crews would show up on different days with multiple crews having no idea of the scope of work or the design. There was no quality control. There were continual excuses and misrepresentations as evidenced here in the owners reply. I'm working on a full discourse with documentation, timelines and pictures for a small claims case against earthadelic. After the case is settled I'll post the discourse to help prevent the same experience from happening to others.

Earthadelic you should be so proud of the culture you have created and staff you have brought together! I had a wild question and spoke with Melissa and she said hang on I got the perfect person for you to speak to...Anthony! After texting for a second he just called and we talked like old friends planning out our gardens. This team goes above and beyond. He was even out sick from work recovering from the Flu and still made the effort. Since the call he has been on the look out and even updated with his finds along the way. It was something small to them but big to me. Give them a call, You will not be disappointed. You'll leave the conversation with a direction and gardening team!

Highly recommend. Daniel did a great job designing. I can't say enough positive things about Anthony - truly a master landscaper and incredibly knowledgeable.

Earthadelic installed an outdoor fireplace in my screened porch and re-landscaped my back yard. They were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Shane stayed in touch and kept me updated on status and cost. I kept adding items, and he handled everything perfectly! Pedro and his landscape team were some of the most pleasant, hard working, dependable individuals I've ever dealt with. I would give this company ten stars if I could! Earthadelic is my landscaper for any project I have going forward!

We are so happy with our new landscaping from Earthadelic! We worked with Shane and he did an amazing job brining the look we wanted to life. His plant selections are perfect for our house and the look we wanted. Shane and his team were super quick to fix things and got the job done very fast. We are excited to do future projects with Earthadelic!

The Earthadelic team did a great job replacing the landscape in front of our house. Nathan listened to my concerns and created a beautiful design. The workers who did the removal and the replacement of the plants were very courteous and professional. We are very pleased with the work provided by Earthadelic!

My experience with Earthadelic on the big driveway job was good. The smaller jobs were terrible. they spread mulch like its gold. 50% of the plants died and the follow up service was vague and slow. they overcharge so they can pay for the fancy billboards on the interstate. would not recommend them to anyone.

Grant Smith was my landscape designer and he was a pleasure to work with and visited the job site frequently throughout the entire project. The Project Leaders name was Rommel and he deserves all the credit for orchestrating and installing a complex patio that entailed hand cut curves and slopes - truly amazing work.

As I began this process, it was advised by a friend in the industry, not to skimp on quality when it comes to patios, walkways, and/or walls. I chose Earthadelic for that reason alone, and the peace of mind was worth every penny

When I chose Earthadelic, I knew I was paying a premium price for exemplary quality and service. By remodeling my backyard, it has transformed my life at home. It is a true joy to step outside and relish in its beauty and I can't wait to see it flourish year after year.

What can I say about Earthadelic that the pictures don't already say? They transformed our yard into an incredible work of art! I started with an idea to flatten the yard (due to the slope), but when Shane came with a larger concept - I was hooked. Plus they under-promise and over-deliver on what they could do - the end result is above what I expected. Rommel was top notch and ran a tight ship, doing every bit of the stone work by hand. Any issues that came up along the way were communicated and responded to quickly. I only wish we would have done this sooner. I highly recommend them!

Shane and the Earthadelic crew went above and beyond in all facets of my project. They were at my house 6 days/week until the job was completed and were quick to fix anything that didn’t go exactly as planned. Initially I thought Shane was just like any other salesman, but I was wrong. He was brutally honest, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the project. Earthadelic didn’t just provide a massive foundation drain and beautiful landscaping; they provided a top notch customer service experience.

Dale and his team at Earthadelic exceeded our expectations with an exterior lighting project (uplighting, pathway lighting, landscape lighting) and irrigation system. Their design team was great to work with, and they paid close attention to detail throughout the entire project. They put in the extra effort to ensure everything was perfect in the end. They told me exactly when they were going to get started & stuck to the proposed quote and timeline. Very thankful we chose Earthadelic for our landscaping needs. Great people & fantastic results.

Earthadelic did an amazing job on our project. Shane and Aaron were fantastic and really took great care of us, answered all of our questions and made sure we didn’t miss any of the little details. Will definitely be working with again on future projects.

Our fixer-upper house sat on a neglected lot haunted by weeds and dead bushes along the front. There was no landscaping whatsoever along the sides and back of the house. Certainly no curb appeal. The house was on a steep hill that needed to be stabilized with terraced gardens. We also needed a walkway down the hill to access the downstairs back door. In addition the goal was to establish pollinator gardens, habitats where birds, bees, butterflies, and beneficial insects could thrive.

It would take someone with vast experience and exceptional skills to rise to the challenge to give me the gardens I wanted. I contacted Dale Madden of Earthadelic to tackle the task. From expert landscape design to full project management from their high-energy team, Dale and his dedicated crew created an enchanting habitat. I would not hesitate to hire this capable team again for any landscaping project that comes up in our future.

We had our initial visit with Shane and we are very impressed with his willingness to create a plan that fits our needs. He has been very informative and cautious to create a design that fits our budget. If you are worried about reaching out to Earthadelic, don’t be. They will do a great job to help you! I will continue to give updates as our job progresses.

I wanted to share my recent experience with Earthadelic. We hired Earthadelic to finish a third floor walkup attic space, about 600 square feet, in a home built in the 90's. We had four contractors look at this project and selected Earthadelic. We're glad we did.

This was the first experience I have had with a home project of this size. I haven't built a home or hired for a renovation before.

I think it's fair to say that the often spoke of stereotype for general contractors usually includes going over budget, being late to start, finishing way past deadlines, and being hard to communicate with.

I am happy to say that my experience with Earthadelic was nothing like that. From the start, the project was done very professionally. Kevin Ritter was the first person to visit our home from Earthadelic and look at the project. He had great ideas, was easy to work with and gave the most thorough project plan of all of the contractors that visited our home.

The project was completed on budget (with two later upgrades that were driven by me). The project work actually began 2-3 weeks before they anticipated, and it was completed earlier than I anticipated. Other contractors told us the project would take 3-4 months and Earthadelic completed it in 6-7 weeks.

The quality of the work was excellent, the people were easy to work with, and they kept the job site mostly clean. My wife appreciated that effort. Our on-site project manager was Nate Smilanic. He was a super nice guy that was really easy for me to work with, and he responded quickly to all of my requests.

I would highly recommend Earthadelic for home renovation projects and would gladly work with them again in the future.

I recently had Grant give me an estimate on a backyard project. At first I thought the estimate was a little high, but I planned on doing this project in phases. That way I can see the work and make a determination if what I received is what I expected for the price paid. The first phase is now complete and I plan on using Earthadelic for future phases. Grant and Daniel truly are assets to Earthadelic and their work was excellent! When a crew showed up they had their materials, tools, and were ready to work from the beginning and worked long hours. Daniel is very detail oriented and his work ethic is top notch. He'd work on a specific item until it was perfect. Grant followed up and kept us abreast of cost/arrival of some of the additions that were made to the initial project, which enhanced his design for our space. Would I use this crew and Earthadelic again, yes I will.

Earthadelic did a great job on my landscaping project! Even though it was a relatively small job for them, they gave it the same attention a large project would receive. Shane did a lovely design with the plants I requested. He made sure everything happened when promised, and the installation went very smoothly. I’m so pleased with the final result!

I called several other providers for the removal of a water feature. Got one quote that was almost double what Earthadelic quoted me. They came out the very next week & in less than 2 days they removed the rocks, water pumps, lining etc and left us with a beautiful landscaped area. I would definitely recommend these guys. Shane and the crew were very professional, friendly & efficient!

Our entire interaction, from initial contact to walk-through at completion, with Earthadelic has been most pleasant. We decided to add a screen room on the back of our home, and I called companies based on their ratings and pictures of work. I got five other estimates, besides Earthadelic, and three that were both highly rated and did the kind of work I wanted were about the same price. Two were going to keep our old deck and basically risk the entire project blowing in a good wind.

I had decided that we would go with another company but had questions regarding design. Kevin Ritter had given me not only a written description but an architectural drawing with schematics. The other (unnamed) company didn’t. I repeatedly emailed and called with a simple question about placement and never got an answer.

Earthadelic sent out their crews and they demo’ed and rebuilt my deck with a screen room and gorgeous wooden ceiling with lights. Kevin was able to listen to what I wanted and speak to the rest of the team at Earthadelic to make my room more than I could imagine. No detail was too small to be carefully done and well done.

(Unnamed) company actually called me to let me know I was on the schedule for the next week...I had never signed a contract because I could never get an answer on one aspect. When you compare that with how I knew exactly what and when every aspect of this job was going to happen, it’s mind blowing. I would never work with a company that didn’t think answering a question on design was important and now I don’t think I would work with anyone but Earthadelic. You get spoiled when treated well and don’t want anything less than that.
